I can’t recommend highly enough! The perfect location to walk to most of historic Savannah!

Enjoyed daily excursions all over historic Savannah and our choice of so many restaurants within easy walking distance all around the property!

Location! Literally park your car and walk everywhere!

First time in Savannah did not disappoint! This property is perfectly located. We parked and did not need our car until we left. You can literally walk the entire city from where you are! Property was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Only downside is the alley, which can get quite noisy on the weekend and during trash pickups. Just bring ear plugs and you’ll be fine. Take it from me — I’m a light sleeper.

Spectacular!

Everything was wonderful. We are frequent visitors of Savannah and this was our favorite spot so far. The location was perfect for us and the listing was very accurate. My husband and I plan to stay here again, and I will definitely be looking into the other condo options in this location for my next girls’ trip!

Perfect location!

The place was perfect! Street parking was a little crazy, so we parked in the garage which was right there too. Couldn’t have asked for a better location! We didn’t use the car once!

It was a very nice and comfortable stay but the bar outside noisy and the garbage truck at 4 am every day was crazy Im not saying it was bad just don’t plan on a undisturbed sleep but close to everything that makes it a good place

Great location

This location is in the middle of everything, can walk to City Market, shopping area River Street and if you want to go further the trolley is just a block away. One of the best beds I have seen in a rental. very well-appointed condo. Shares alley with restaurant where the employees go out back to party every night, screaming, yelling just really loud from 9: pm to 2pm .

We had a great time at this property. We let the management company know about a few small issues. There was quite a bit of noise (yelling, shouting, etc.)in the alley on our last night but I know that is not within your control. Fabulous location…close to everything!

Heart of downtown

Right in the middle of historic downtown Savannah. Easy walking to everywhere! Cute apartment, comfortable bed and couch, well appointed kitchen ( too many great places to eat out so we didn’t cook in) certainly could though. Remember it is in the heart of the city, can hear street and alleyway noise throughout the day and night.

Mother/Daughter Trip

Loved the proximity of local shops and eateries. Everything was a stroll , so we got our steps in for sure! Only thing was that our window views were of the alley and they had some crane out there. Out of your control of course. Loved the security access to the building and the room.

Weekend Get Away

The property was clean , in a great neighborhood, and close to so many things. It was a little quirky at first finding the entrance located be Walgreens. My only negative comment would be (I read this prior) is the noise w trash pick up at 4:30am in the morning. No matter how heavy you sleep, it’s difficult not to wake up but that’s not the property owners fault. It is what it is . The property and the location are great , I’d stay here again.

First timer in Savannah

The property is great-roomy and well-equipped for all of our needs. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It was very clean and a great location. Our rental fell shortly after Hurricane Helene made landfall. We'd messaged the host on 9/29 to see if the property and area were okay. We live on the Gulf Coast and are very sympathetic to hurricanes. We hadn't heard back by 10/2, so I sent a cancellation request since it was the last day to receive a 50% refund. We wished them well and hoped that their family and homes were safe. I changed our flights, which required me to actually get on the phone with Delta and pay $200 as well as changed our rental car plans. Within a couple of hours of submitting my cancellation request, I received responses from 3 different people with the prop mngt co, telling us that they were sorry no one responded, but Savannah was up and running. I explained that we'd already changed all of our travel plans when we hadn't heard back from them. They apologized, but reminded me that today was the last day to receive a 50% cancellation refund, so to please let them know at my earliest convenience. I felt like no one replied until they were possibly going to have to give me our 1/2 of our money back, then rushed me to make a decision. I basically reversed all of our travel plans (to the original plan) but never got my money back for flight changes. It was very frustrating. I also never heard back when I texted & messaged about check-out procedures.

Very clean, great location

Everything was great and we would stay here again. Only thing is make sure you read the full listing as the pool isn’t on site, and know that it can be loud outside at night because there’s an alleyway just outside and it’s in a city. But overall great value, very clean, as described, great location, and owner communicated well.

Great place

This was a great place for us to stay during our time in Savannah. The location was terrific, the condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in! We would definitely stay here again!!
