Located in the heart of the Historic District, this cute carriage house apartment ready for your Savannah getaway. Situated just off one of the nicest streets in the USA, Jones Street (on E Jones Lane) and by Clary's cafe, you can walk everywhere! The Cathedral is 2 blocks away. The home is located between Calhoun and Lafayette Squares, 1/4 block off Abercorn Street.

Renovated completely in 2017 with new flooring, cabinets in kitchen, granite counter and light fixtures, this clean efficiency will be everything you need.

Appointed with a mini-fridge, stove top, pots and pans, stand up shower, and new HVAC to keep you cool, you have everything to make your vacation in Savannah a perfect one. Sip coffee on the bright patio overlooking a private courtyard. Enjoy the Savannah life for a weekend or longer. We are happy to host you.

Home is one flight up. As your host we will give you privacy completely but if you need any recommendations or have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Admin and Support hours end at 9:00 PM. Any raised concerns will be acknowledged the morning of the next day.

Savannah getaway.

The property is perfectly located between the touristy historic district and the more local driven Victorian district. Once we parked our vehicle we were able to walk everywhere. This property will be our first choice for all of our future Savannah visits.

cute place, easy to get around.

The place is in a perfect location, walkable area to River Street and many other fun locations. Unit is in an old, cute, carriage house. Steep, narrow stair to get inside, but once upstairs, everything is on one level.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great for the St Patrick’s Day parade! Very cozy accommodations. Perfect for two people! Exactly as described. The stairs are steep and narrow. Kevin responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had.

Weekend getaway

It was a perfect little place to enjoy the weekend. We loved walking the streets and seeing the sights that are off the beaten path. Perfect place for for getting away from all the other things that distract us from seeing the beautiful places that are right under our eyes.

Great location

Overall great. Clean and comfortable (very small but that was clear in the listing). The door/stairs to get into the carriage house feel a little flimsy and are very steep. Good location for the center of historic Savannah but a walk from the river.

Great Location, Cozy Carriage!

We were touring SCAD college and only staying over one night. This cozy carriage home was absolutely perfect for us. Excellent location! We could walk to everything. We highly recommend Clary’s Cafe on the corner for breakfast! Thanks so much!

The shower was a little small. The stair is narrow. The shower head is made for a taller person.

Cozy and comfortable

This rental is VERY "cozy"...think a very small efficiency apartment. It works fine for one person or a couple if you dont plan on spending much time in the rental (just sleep and shower). Wasn't an issue for us, we expected as much. Unit was clean, had sufficient amenities for 1-2 people for the weekend. Our only major complaint was the WiFi...the signal was weak and our devices kept disconnecting, and lagged while connected. Short walk to downtown and attractions. Very old building, but it is a safe area and relatively quiet. Host is communicative and responds in a timely manner if needed. Would stay again if the WiFi issue was resolved.

Misleading, but wholesome

So, this’ll probably be the most neutral review I’ve ever given. The room I stayed in was a simple, 400 sq ft audio, the room didn’t look like the pictures. The walls had existing paint chips, scratches, and even holes, the window facing the street wasn’t symmetrical with the studio, the door leading up to the room was off its hinges leading to me waking up multiple times at night when someone drove past. The studio had cockroaches and one of the lamps didn’t work, there were bricks on the outside practically falling off the building, the bathroom is unbelievably small and the shower was probably designed for people under 5 feet tall. The bed was adequate and my stay was decent. I’ll honestly give this place a 3/5 review but it needs TLC, and it needs a face lift, but unless your staying in the room all day it’s a decent place to stay.

Great breakfast cafe up the street. Utensils and amenities as described. Good supply of towels and paper supplies. Good access to parks and walking around town and to the river. The stairs can be a bit steep for carrying luggage up and down. There should be instructions for heater/AC unit - worked well once we understood.
