Bright Bohemian Home w/ Parking + Deck Near Forsyth Park by Lucky Savannah

Situated in the Victorian District, East Park Bungalow, is an eye-catching town home just three short blocks from Forsyth Park. This property can accommodate up to Four Lucky Guests very comfortably, and features all of the amenities one could wish for!

The open floor plan creates an inviting environment, and makes entertaining a breeze. While you are preparing a home cooked meal in the kitchen, you'll never feel separated from the living room, as guests can converse through the home seamlessly. In addition to the open floor plan, the natural light beams through the large windows from the front to the back of the home.

The kitchen features a chefs dream - a gas stove, plenty of counter space, and a butcher block island for serving! For those who love outdoor living, you'll love the back patio space just off of the kitchen. Enjoy cocktails at dusk with the café lights, or a morning read with a cup of joe. The back yard is a rarity here in the Victorian Historic District, and you will have ample amount of space for your activity of choice.

Upstairs both suites await with plush beds, ensuite bathrooms, and plenty of space to store your belongings. The full-size washer and dryer can be found atop of the stairs, which is perfect for extended stays!

Head South a few blocks and find yourself immersed in Savannah's culture - with a wine bar, vegan cafe, and the Forsyth Park Farmer's Market. A few minutes' walk in the other direction gets you closer to the bustling city. Take the scenic route through downtown's beautiful squares and end at the well-known River Walk - a great place to grab a beer and people watch.

Fabulous stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was great, beautiful neighborhood and walkable to anything in the historic district. The condo is a block and a half from Forsyth Park and close to good restaurants. Our party of three had plenty of space, and we loved the decor and cleanliness of the rental. I wouldn’t hesitate to book in the future.

Lovely Home!

Enjoyed our stay in this property that mixed old world charm with modern conveniences. Very open and roomy with the 2 floors and high ceilings. We also loved being so close to Forsyth Park and in walking distance to so much beautiful architecture!

Great property. Very clean in a good spot, walkable to coffee spots and restaurants. An additional phone call to confirm the same information I submitted to Vrbo was a bit unnecessary, but not a big deal. Would absolutely stay there again and at any other property this group manages!

Clean, great location house

We arrived early and were able to checkin right away. House was very clean and had everything we look for in a rental while traveling. Great location as it is only 800 feet from the grocery store and only a couple of blocks from Forsyth Park. Was also pleased we had our own parking spot as well as plenty of street parking. Cozy, comfortable place. We would stay again.

Nice spot for a family vacation

Took my parents and pup to Savannah and found this spot since it was pet friendly and had parking. Finding the parking in the back was a bit difficult since it was dark when we got there and there were no numbers on the back. The doorknob on the back door needs replacing, but otherwise a great stay at a good location.

Savannah Charm!

Celebrating the start of the Christmas season. This property is perfectly located. Walking distance to many restaurants and parks. Our pups loved the back yard!! And the humans were greatly appreciative of this pet friendly property. Great amenities! Very comfortable living space and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.Thank you Lucky Savannah for a great stay!

Weekend Visit

The home was very nice! Access to Forysth Park and walks to historic district and activities was excellent. Just a mere two blocks to the park, the home was close enough to fun but far enough away to be off the beaten path. The private parking was nice, providing the ability to not park on the street. The home was lovely and cozy. We will likely book there again in the future.

Like being in a brand new home away from home

Exactly as described and what the pictures showed. We loved this VRBO in Savanah. Great location with a grocery store just a few blocks away. Parking out back was just what we were hoping for. Can't say enough about this place. It was wonderful! We were able to catch a free shuttle near by or just walk to our hearts delight. Would definitely book this VRBO again.

It was so the space a group of 4 girls needed for a birthday weekend getaway. Lovely Home near Forsyth Park

The home was lovely and in close walking proximity to Forsyth Square and several shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe, and the off street parking was invaluable in a city like Savannah. My husband, 2 kids and I enjoyed the home’s cleanliness and the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. My only wish was that there were more towels provided (there is only 4 washcloths between 2 bathrooms), but overall I’d give this place the highest rating- we hope to stay here again in the future.

The only problem we had was when we arrived the dish washer was not emptied, and the dishes did not look clean but was not a problem because we just used the dish drain. Excellent location and home

Very nicely furnished 2-bed, 2.5 bath home in the most desirable location. We only used it for sleeping, really, but reslly enjoyed the outdoor patio and spacious home. The beds were comfy and the hot water was plentiful. While not a problem, I wish I’d known that there were limited staples/supplies to get you started. I ran to the very close grocery store first thing in the morning to pick up coffee. This is super picky but the supplied toiletries were on the less expensive side and I did feel compelled to purchase shower soap that was less abrasive. Overall this was a fabulous spot and now that I know what’s provided I will definitely consider it again. It’s a definite recommend but take good care of everything so it’s intact when we come back!!!!
