Enter from Broughton Street through the secure building entrance, and head upstairs to your new home away from home! Upon entering, you'll be greeted by high ceilings, original wood flooring throughout and charming decor. The open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze, allowing the conversation to flow effortlessly from space to space. The upgraded kitchen provides all of the modern conveniences and necessities you need to prepare home cooked meals, including a quaint dining space for four! Moving over the living room, guests will find an inviting sectional opposite a flat screen TV, mounted above the modern fireplace.

No need to argue over bedrooms! Both bedrooms feature amazing views of Broughton Street, both offering a King Size Bed, in addition to an ample amount of storage. Conveniently located across from the rooms, the full size bathroom offers a large vanity, and a upgraded tiled tub/shower combination. Also adjacent to the rooms, a washer and dryer is yours to use as you need - perfect for short, or extended stays!

Start your day off at The Coffee Fox, just outside of your doorstep, and roam all of Broughton Street for day shopping, brunch, or drinks! Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Bees Knees perfection

Family trip for college drop off, thanks for the comfy home base. Great location above coffee shop, in house laundry a huge plus, big rooms and big beds, night noise on the street well countered with noise machines…

Perfect

This place was in the perfect spot. Close to restaurants, shops and green areas. The condo was adorable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Bees Knees to anyone looking for a walkable and comfortable place to stay.

Great location and Great place to stay

The Bees Knees right on w Broughton was the perfect location. Restaurants and shopping were just steps away. River street was a few blocks away. We parked on the street and my vehicle stayed in the same spot where I could see it on the street from my window. We walked everywhere. Highly recommend staying here.!!

Excellent stay!

Communication was top notch with this stay. We only had a minor cleaning issue with the crew used to do cleaning, and the property managers jumped into action immediately. They definitely care about people who book with them! Apartment is right in the middle of anything you could need and lots of fun to be had. Would book again.

Great convenient location

The unit was clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. Loved the convenient central location. Everything was a quick walk away. The property manager kept in contact throughout our stay, but we had no issues that needed attention. Others had mentioned noise from the activity on Broughton St, but we were prepared for it, and white noise machines were provided in both bedrooms so it was not a problem. Overall 5 star - highly recommend!

It was an easy walk to all of the placer we wanted to visit- River St. City Market and all the shops on Broughton. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. While there was some street noise during the night (it is on Broughton after all), it really did not bother us and the host was kind enough to have a white noise machine available if you are a light sleeper. We plan to stay here again for our next visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really great spot to walk to bars and restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to River Street. The flight of stairs is a bit intense! Make sure you get two door codes in advance, the exterior and the apartment, and the apartment number. That was a bit confusing for check in, but quickly resolved. There were a few things that I would suggest having available for future guests. The liquid handsoap was empty (there was bar soap), no extra toilet paper (that we ended up purchasing), and the coffee was empty (I wasn’t really expecting coffee, but didn’t buy any when I saw a bag). All easily remedied, but just for future guests. Really enjoyed our stay!!!!

Bee's Knees Apt B Weekend Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is excellent for walking to any activities in downtown Savannah. The apartment was clean and very nice. Lucky Savannah property management made our stay extremely easy to check in and out. You will be inconvenienced if you are not prepared for the challenge of staying on a major street in a downtown area due to the noise from vehicles and overall activity right outside the door so choose wisely. Dropping off bags is a major issue if there are no parking spaces available when you arrive. Then you have the stairs to carry your items up to your apartment so pack bags that are not to heavy. Whitaker street parking garage was an easy place to drop the vehicle off for the weekend. We arrived on Thursday afternoon and checked out Sunday with a total parking garage fee of $40. All of these items were expected when we booked and did not lower are overall experience. The only thing that could be improved with this rental is to replace the mattresses with a ones that are slightly softer. You most likely wont notice this after you come home from enjoying the Savannah nightlife but if you are hoping to have a sober nights sleep good luck. Also, the computer monitors in the bedrooms need to be swapped out for larger TVs that you can see and hear. We would 100% recommend this stay to friends and hopefully will stay there again in the future. Do not book this stay if you have a hard time carrying luggage up the stairs or prefer a quiet setting. This is a stay for people who want to be in the center of the action!

We were visiting Savannah for a wedding and had friends staying on the river and it was such an easy walk to meet them. The place was very cute and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The only thing to know would be that it is very loud staying on one of the main roads and the walls don’t do very much to help. I would absolutely recommend bringing a sound machine!

Noise and the environment outside the Condo were a negative. Noise machines that were provided helped with muffing the noise. The biggest negative was a bench that was located right outside the front door. Seem to be a main location for the homeless to stay. It wouldn't have been a big issue as I know unfortunately this nation has a huge housing crisis . However, on more than one occasion verbal comments were made to us entering or leaving the unit if we didn't give a hand out. This was unfortunate since the unit was perfect inside and the location of the unit was close to everything. This was our first time to Savannah next time I would stay in a different location.

Restaurants and bars were right outside our door, but everything was about a 5 minute walk. Directions for how to get into the rental were easy to follow. The host was VERY quick to respond, answer question, get us the password for a speak easy, and even get a late check out. It was cute and quiet. Excellent amenities.
