Family & Dog Friendly Fun New Renovation w/ Pool!
Enjoy a memorable experience at your own stylish getaway! This brand new renovation offers all the amenities to make your trip unforgettable! This beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms, one full bathroom, and an above ground pool. It is centrally located in Savannah, GA - we are a quick 12 minutes from downtown Savannah and 20-25 minutes to the beaches out on the islands!

The space
This home is the perfect place for those looking to have a private and stylish stay in Savannah!
The Home:
- Living Room features a 55" Smart TV where you can stream all your favorite services.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you will need to cook a full meal. We also feature a Keurig machine. We provide K cups, tea, sugar and creamer.
- King Bedroom with memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstands, and large closet.
- Queen Bedroom with memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstands and large closet.
- The third bedroom is furnished with another queen mattress. Each bedroom has their own fun theme!
- Brand new full bathroom with shower/tub
-Separate Laundry room with washer/dryer
The Outside Experience:
- There is a brand new above ground pool and lounge chairs. The pool is 4.5ft deep and children must be supervised at all times. It is professionally cleaned once a week. However, we do have live oak trees in our yard so leaves may fall in the pool. We keep a pool net available for guest use.
- We provide a gas grill, grilling utensils and a picnic table and outdoor furniture to enjoy your meals outdoors underneath the live oaks!
Guest access
You'll have the entire property to yourselves! There is ample parking in the driveway for easy unloading of luggage. The property is self check in.

Pets require approval and additional fee!
The pool is professionally cleaned every Wednesday. We do have live oak trees in our backyard so there may be leaves/debris in the pool. We leave a pool skimmer net for guest use during your stay.
