  • Up to six Lucky travelers will feel at home in this two story apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

    Entering on the second floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A half-bath has been tucked between the kitchen, and living room, ideal for guests who will be using the queen-size sleeper sofa.

    The bright and airy kitchen features an ample amount of counter space, including a large island that can seat your entire group. Guests will enjoy having modern conveniences, such as stainless appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer. Enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of joe on the balcony that sits off of the kitchen.

    Head upstairs to find two bedrooms, that are furnished with a king and queen size bed. The master bedroom floods with natural light, a flat screen TV, en suite bath with standing shower and a spacious walk-in closet. Really nice property just off of Forsyth Park, walking distance to the river and all the activities. Great layout, and all the amenities were top notch. Great way to spend a Thanksgiving in Savannah with family!

Great Location to stay

This place was a lovely stay at a lovely location with forsythe park basically in the backyard. House was very clean and had almost everything we needed. Only thing that was missing was in the kitchen was some kitchen knives. But we had a lovely time and we were able to see the St. Patrick's day parade from the house!

Savannah getaway

The property was well kept and well equipped located adjacent to Forsyth Park with easy access to the DOT line (free bus) and parking on site. We would definitely recommend this property and stay there again.

Savannah visit

We had such a nice stay in Savannah. Our unit was nice (recently remodeled?) and was very neat and clean. It was in a lovely neighborhood near Forsythe Square and trolley and bus stops. Restaurants and bars were nearby as well.

Simple with a great location

This 2 bedroom was a short walk to everything and right across from Forsythe Park. Check-in and Check-out was never easier. Beds were comfortable and living space and kitchen were nice. Basic condo but the location easily made up for any short comings. Washer and Dryer were a plus. Only negatives were water pressure in shower and shower pan which the drain was not low enough for drainage. We would stay there again on a subsequent visit.

Reviewer Comments: My only complaint was that when I asked if I could get into the unit early, I was given the option of "complimentary" 3 PM instead of the 4 PM that they previously stated and would have to pay $50 to get in sooner. That wouldn't have normally bothered me except the first statement that I was told on the phone was that the place was clean and ready. So, why the extra money? The first day was considered one of the days that I had paid for but only lasted 8 hours unlike the other 3 days which lasted for 24 hours each. In retrospect, I'm already being charged 3 times as much for that first day.

The location made a multitude of restaurants, squares and shops easily walkable as well. The home was clean and comfortable with all the ameneties we needed. The ONLY thing we would change were the flat pillows - but not a big deal. We would absolutely rent this one again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: New updated condo. It's upstairs. The stairs are steep but we had no issue. No elevator. The first floor has units as well. Our unit was on the second and third levels. Very nice place , recently remodeled Has a small but practice powder room in the first floor. Up stairs there are 2 bedrooms both have their own bathroom. Bathrooms are efficient. Not big but get the job done. There is a parking space which is huge in the part of town. The upside is location. Forsyth park is right across the street , can walk to anywhere. We loved the place , my wife and I were there by ourselves but felt like we could have stayed with another couple and would have had plenty of privacy and space . Down side is that there is little outdoor space. There is a small stoop in the rear that has an awning. We only had one chair. Bottom line: very nice , we would stay again loved the area and the unit . BTW we were notified by text that our unit was ready early and we able to go in. The rental company is great

Great location to enjoy city.I would recommend getting another chair for living room so 4 can sit comfortably. The kitchen is great with all the equipment you could need, but only spice was salt and pepper. I recommend adding some basic spices, another roll of paper towels for those who are staying a week.The bathroom water fixtures need some repair, bathtub faucet falls off and tub does not drain well. Water pressure low in shower.None of these would stop me from staying there again.

Reviewer Comments: Our family including Savannahians had the privilege of staying in the heart of the Landmark Historic District while enjoying modern conveniences as well. We could enjoy views of beautiful oaks with resurrection ferns from the front porch and see Forsyth Park which was steps away from the back porch. The townhouse was very clean and well stocked with linens. Don't forget your spices because Lucky Savannah is very careful about not leaving any unsealed food in the kitchen. Even while they were preparing for guests in Savannah for the 200th St. Patrick's Day parade, they responded to my questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Love the 2 en-suite bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. Only complaint would be the quality of the craftsmanship is poor. All of the faucets and handles (kitchen, both showers) were very loose. Everyone has complained about the toilet paper being super thin, which it is. Garbage can in the kitchen lid didn't work so we just took it off entirely. Putting in the extra touches for quality would make this place great.

We walked everywhere and enjoyed all the sights-the squares, City Market, river and Bay and the Riverside Plant district. We were comfortable and the space was very efficient. A few things for other renters: bath door in back bedroom doesn't close. Paper towels are provided in the kitchen but no towels. A 4th bar stool is pictured but there are only 3. Setting up wifi/internet required a visit by the management company on our first afternoon.

The first thing we noticed walking in the door was not only did it look clean but it smelled fresh and clean. Modern yet simple decor. Off street parking was great because we were able to walk to almost everything. Suggestions: 1)fix interior mail slot on front door. 2)fix light at back door. 3)provide a broom and dust pan. Other than that PERFECT! We’re planning our next stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with our vacation rental is both pro and con. The location is excellent but the steps leading to the unit were treacherous and steep. The steps by the parking lot lead to a sliding glass door which was locked so first you had to walk around the unit and unlock the front door, go back down to retrieve your luggage and back up the stairs. Once inside the unit was clean and decorated as described more stairs to the bedrooms. There are tv’s BUT you have to be able to use Roku, Apple, etc. No lock tv stations provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. The unit was nice. That said, the unit is offered with a sharp focus on cost cutting, which is a turn off. For very little more cost, the unit would shine. For tissue of any kind in unit. Toilet paper was cheapest, single ply, the kind you find in a gas station. No decent kitchen knife to slice meat/vegetables. Furniture was also of the cheapest kind. No mat or towel by front/back doors, which was a problem when it rained.And, unit is offered with the cheapest possible cable package on TV. There was no way to obtain network news or other broadcast TV network shows. The idea is you log into your own Internet accounts to view movies or other content. Again, the savings can't be much, but the effect on the center is to realize pennies seem to matter to the unit managers.Finally, the instructions to get into unit, and get onto the wifi both required contacting lucky savannah. While lucky savannah was responsive and helpful, it was ridiculous that a phone call was necessary to obtain needed information.

My only concern was the pre-check in communications... You absolutely MUST upload their app to communicate, which is very irritating. Messages through Vrbo are not answered. And, many of the emails had mistakes in them (wrong unit number, wrong parking, information, etc.). I think this is a good property management company, but they are very very busy and just sent out a lot of mass messages.Again, other than pre-stage communication, it was a great house. Great location.
