Amazing location! We were able to park on the street next to the house the whole time. So fun to have the horse drawn carriages drive by. Lots of history to the house.
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay! We had a great time and love the history of the house!! Walking distance to the river walk and restaurants!!!
The house was adorable and we loved the location. Had some problems with the heat, but the management was quick to fix it. Neighbors are loud, butI would totally stay there again. Great place.
Awesome place to stay. Close walking distance to everything. Super clean. Fully loaded with Kitchen supplies-(even a wine bottle opener! We forgot ours) Easy check-in easy check-out! Highly recommend
We stepped back in time with this lovely cottage! Very cozy, great location to walk all around the North Historic District with all its beautiful homes and all the fun things to do. We hardly needed our car… Savannah did not disappoint!
Two friends and I stayed for a long girls weekend in Savannah and had a great time at this property! Centrally located and easy walking distance to all big attractions. The rental was clean, the managers were very friendly, and there was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back!
Good location, walked all over Savannah! For those that don’t know, parking is usually an additional cost about everywhere in Savannah. Paid parking is available right in front of the house - Savannah has a nice app for your phone that makes it easy.

We went to Savannah to celebrate a friend's 30th birthday. The house's location felt very central and very walkable to our activities. The beds were comfy and the house was quite clean with easy check-in and check-out instructions. The house included a binder with the historic restoration process, which was a cool bonus. We didn't experience anything spooky during our stay, but maybe the next time we come to visit Savannah!
Beautiful, historic cottage. We felt like we had stepped back in time. Rooms were roomy and comfortable. The living room only accommodates 3 people, which was tough for 3 couples. The downstairs tub was uneven, so be careful when showering. This cottage was close to everything and we walked everywhere.
The George Jones cottage is an adorable little historic home. It was well appointed and very comfortable for my husband and I and our two teens. The location was perfect for us. It is walking distance to most everything in downtown while also being just far enough away from the noise and hustle and bustle of Broughton Street. It was very easy to find parking right in front of the house. Every day, in the area was very safe and quiet.
If you’re looking for modern luxury accommodations, this is not for you, but if you want an authentic experience that matches the history of Savannah, you can’t do better than this little cottage.
The property has the best location. Short walk to anything and the trolley will even pick you up in route. There are a few things you should expect in a 200 year old home: the stairs are steep and uneven and the floors creek. This just added to the character of the home for us. To the owners, we did see some small ants in the kitchen and the outlet in the downstairs bathroom doesn’t work. All simple fixes! This is no way distracted us from the Savannah experience!

We were in town for a wedding. We loved this location. Easy walk to all the great to do things but much quieter to sleep and get away. The home is a drive by for all the tours which is also fun. It was great to have three bedrooms with king size beds. Bedroom with attached bath is upstairs. The home was smaller than expected but it worked very well for us. The court yard is a bonus and was perfect to relax as well. The home was also cleaned and well maintained. I will look no further than Lucky Savannah in the future for a rental.

We were excited to stay at this house for 4 nights. The house was more than expected, the attention to details in the preservation are remarkable and would highly recommend it
Lucky Savannah was great to work with and the historic home was incredible. To know we were staying in a home where the owner helped shape American history was really special! We didn’t rent a cat at all and spent entire weekend walking to see all the sites. Numerous restaurants & bars to choose from. Make sure you visit St John the Baptist cathedral & the speakeasy underneath The Old Pink House - a blast!! Can’t wait to return!!
This place was so charming and the location was perfect for my work conference and just enjoying the city. We did not have any issues getting parking near the house and found almost everything we wanted to enjoy was within walking distance. Highly recommend!
This was a very nice location to enjoy historic Savannah. Both couples enjoyed the home, the location, and even the ease of parking there. This would be an easy choice for another visit to Savannah.
We had such a great time! The location was perfect for walking down to River Street. On street parking was very easy and available-we were able to park 3 cars-I highly suggest you download the ap! The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
