Beautiful exposed brick walls accents the feel of this historic building with all the modern conveniences. Located inside a secure building on Broughton Street, the heart of the shopping district, this fabulous one-bedroom apartment awaits you and your guest. A long hall leads to the kitchen where you will find all new, stainless-steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for your use. The kitchen has an eat in dining area and is adjacent to the living room, where you can sit back and enjoy T.V. or just relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Equipped with a full-size washer and dryer to make your longer stays more convenient. A beautifully decorated bedroom awaits you at the end of the day. King size, fitted with a very comfortable mattress and fine linens, and no windows, this bedroom is the perfect place to get a good night's rest. The bathroom is such as nicely decorated, with a great tub and shower combo and a new granite counter/sink top for getting ready to hit the street again!

This is a beautiful apartment with an incredible location. We literally parked our car and didn’t pick it up for two days. We were able to walk everywhere. I had a question for the management company, and it was answered almost immediately. We used the MLK parking garage, and our car was safe for three days. Because the apartment is right in the middle of everything, there was some street noise, but it didn’t bother us while we slept. Just an overall great stay!

The location was perfect! We walked to everything! The condo was beautiful! It was clean overall, but could’ve stood a closer look in the bathroom. We had a great time and found our favorite coffee shop down the road. However, a starter of coffee in the condo would’ve been appreciated! Overall I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

Exploring Savannah

Stayed here for a couple days after being in Charleston and then in the Riverwalk District. Loved the easy walking distance to everything, and especially loved the darkness of the bedroom … slept like a rock!

Fantastic Location!

The rental was everything as described! The location to eating, shopping, the river and historic district was perfect for us. We walked everywhere we needed to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

This was a great 1-bedroom apt for our trip to Savannah. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The location was in the heart for the shopping area and a quick 5-10 min walk to the riverfront. Will use this again on any return visits.

Wonderful Spot!

Highly recommend staying here! We were in town for a show at the Civic Center. Parked our car in the parking deck close by upon arrival and didn’t have to drive anywhere until we headed home. Such a great spot and so many places in the area to walk to including River St. The host checked in via text to make sure everything was okay. The bed was comfy and the room gets so dark so I slept GREAT. Would definitely stay here again.

Savannah trip

Everything about this Condo is exceptional! Very clean and in the absolute perfect location! Once we parked, we were able to do the majority of our sightseeing by waking. It is in a very safe location and in the heart of the city. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect Location

Paula was such a pleasure to work with. The location was perfect, walked around easily to see things in Savannah! Condo was exactly as pictured and loved having the space to come back to at night instead of a cramped hotel room. Washer and dryer were wonderful to have in the condo as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be able to walk and not have a rental car in Savannah.

Prime location in Savannah

An excellent, clean and well appointed apartment in the heart of Savannah within walking distance to all the city has to offer. A spacious place with a very comfortable bed. Comfortable and great location

The loft was very comfortable and clean. The parking for unloading and transporting luggage to the place was a little bit of a hassle. We didn't realize that it was that much of a haul. All and all, i would definitely recommend to a friend.
