Bright 2nd Story Apartment on Wright Square with Parking by Lucky Savannah

The Percival Too is located on the second floor of this historic building. Stay in the heart of downtown but with the quiet and privacy you prefer on vacation! This apartment boasts a spacious living room, formal dining room, full kitchen, and three bedrooms.

Enter into the light-filled apartment and immediately notice the tall ceilings and charming decor. Now-decorative fireplaces anchor each space and are complimented with modern conveniences like wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The living room sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper.

Adjacent to the living room is a formal dining area, its table comfortably seating six. Just beyond, the well-equipped kitchen with two more bar stools at the island. Expect every essential you'd need to whip up a meal, including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The primary bedroom offers a generous walk-in closet that connects the to an en suite bath with large standing shower.

On the South end of the apartment facing Wright Square, the other two bedrooms mirror each-other. Both boast with light filled rooms, and come equipped with flat screen TVs and ample storage space. These two bedrooms share a full bath down the hall with a clawfoot tub / shower combination.

Wright Square is considered by many to be an epicenter of downtown, as it is situated on Bull Street near Broughton. Most of Savannah's top shops, restaurants, and bars are but a few steps away from your front door. The Percival Too is in an ideal location!

Great Location

We stayed two nights and you can not beat the location. Central to everything so we were able to walk the entire trip. The unit was clean and spacious. As others have noted, there was a lot of street noise.

Irish Eyes Are Smiling

Group of Boston Irish enjoyed more than just the weather in Savannah this St Paddy's Day. Our VRBO was in a perfect location to engage with the parade right in front of us. We also loved the historical features maintained in the apartment. Great location off Bull St for exploring historical sights and buildings, for access to City Market, and for escaping to the waterfront.

Wonderful 3 bedroom

Wonderful location to walk all over historic district. Only downside is the noise at night on the street and back alley which is loud but totally worth it for amazing location! Lots of space for grandparents, parents and kids to spread out. Nice kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Loved our stay!

Wonderful Stay

Only complaint was we were able to hear the third floor moving around all night and if you have a rowdy crowd on the third floor, you hear all the yelling and banging. Management was very quick to respond and resolve issues though. Great location!

Mom/Daughters Trip

Unit was just as described. We enjoyed the extra room the unit has. Location is the best and if you have a car, You’ll soon learn how valuable the included parking spot is. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again. We arrived after dark so had a little difficulty finding it but when I called, Candace got us there quickly and with ease!

A great place to stay!

The location was fantastic! There were some cleaning issues but they didn’t detract from the overall stay. There is street noise but we expected that. The management staff was very prompt in addressing any issues we had. The sofa bed needs to be replaced, it is very worn. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here or at any Lucky property again.

Beautiful Home Centrally Located

The property was very clean and tidy and check in and check out were very easy. It was also very spacious. Our only con for this property was that the street-facing bedrooms were loud at night due to street noise (passers by and street cleaning). There are also church bells that ring nearby every 15 minutes for the majority of the day (off at night).

Girls weekend

We had a great weekend at this property! The location can’t be beat— just about everything is walkable and the restaurants/bars/shopping/tours were all very easily accessible. The beds were comfy and the rental was spacious. Notably— our sheets and towels were fresh, but there was some trash and rhinestones left in the kitchen from the group before us. Smarts tvs and WiFi, but a few of the tvs did not connect (not a big deal, since we were out most of our stay). Hot water was HOT! Which is a huge plus. The only real downside was that the church across the square has bells that chime every 15 minutes from 8am-8pm LOUDLY and there are people who gather in the park and talk late into the night (3am) and start early in the morning (5-6am). Overall, a great experience

A few things here and there, but overall a good place to stay!

I read other reviews about the church bells being loud early in the morning, believe it!! They go off every 15 minutes starting about 8 or 9am playing songs and ringing. There’s also early morning trash trucks banging trash cans. Keep this in mind if you’re not a morning person. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was updated and very nice, however, the rest of the apartment seemed outdated. The floors creaked when we walked around. The stand alone bathtub looked rigged up, but worked ok. The pictures listed looks like they were taken many years ago. My favorite thing was the comfortable beds and pillows! The location was great! We walked everywhere. There’s a CVS very close by that was nice to have. The one parking space was a tight squeeze but there’s parking decks around if needed. Overall our stay was nice! I had zero problems checking in or out.

It could stand for a good deep clean and small maintenance fixes. Leaking sink faucets, bent fold-out couch. Housekeeping should also vacuum better and dust the walls, especially in the bathrooms. Overall it was very spacious and we walked everywhere! Bring earplugs and a sleep mask as it is right on a square near a church with bells!

The Host was in contact from the time I signed up thru the exit instructions. Everything was easy and clear. The home was clean and ready for us. The home had the old Savannah charm but all the modern amenities. It was located next to a church that had bells go off every 15 minutes but after the first day you don’t even notice. You do hear people on the street but it is downtown and you do choose this location for the convenience. We would definitely recommend this hoe yo our friends and will be back. We walked everywhere and enjoyed some great food and bars all around

Reviewer Comments: Location is great, you can walk to just about anywhere in historic district. House is nice with 3 bedrooms with nice beds. Furniture is dated but ok. Master bedroom is adjacent to an alley. From 5am on there is traffic backing up in that alley. Got no sleep for 4 days. Church bells start at 8am. There was no elevator access for second floor apartment. Parking spots are in alley behind building and we're often blocked and even occupied once by construction equipment. Gave 3 stars for location but can not recommend the property.

We were able to park the car (in a dedicated space) and walk wherever we needed to go. The apartment was clean, plainly decorated and spacious.Unfortunately, the TV and internet quality remained dismal during our stay. We only had functionality in one TV, so it made late night TV watching and streaming difficult. This would be the only con. However, after a long day in Savannah and at the Riverfront, we made it comfortable.
