A welcome addition to the Victorian District, Howard Grande is a multilevel, two-bedroom town home just a stone's throw away from the famous Fountain at Forsyth Park.

Park your car in the private garage and step up into the contemporary living quarters of your dreams. The first floor boasts high ceilings and an open floor plan, ideal for family gatherings and weekend getaways with close friends. Take advantage of the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and cook a full meal for you and your guests, or, step onto the cobblestone pavement and walk a short distance to some of Savannah's most renowned restaurants and cafes.

The upstairs hosts two bedrooms, each with en suite baths. The primary bedroom boasts a King size bed, and the guest room has a Queen size bed. A laundry room with stacking washer and dryer makes extended stays ideal. Expecting additional guests? Add on the downstairs garden apartment by renting the full home, Howard Grand Main + Garden, for an extra Queen bedroom and full bathroom!

Head South a few blocks and find yourself immersed in Savannah's hipster culture - with a wine bar, vegan cafe, and whole foods market adjacent to the Forsyth Park Farmer's Market. A few minutes' walk in the other direction gets you closer to the bustling city center. Take the scenic route through downtown's beautiful squares and end at the well-known River Walk - a great place to grab a beer and people watch.

Beautiful home in a great location. Plenty of space and nicely furnished. Only drawback is that there are no tvs in the bedrooms.

Nice condo near Forsyth Park

Great location with off-street parking. The condo was well furnished and well maintained - perfect for enjoying time with friends. The location was perfect - on a quiet street close to Forsyth Park. We enjoyed the Saturday Farmer’s Market in the park, as well as the nearby coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Forsyth Park! Very clean, spacious and quiet for our get away. We were thankful for the garage space so we didn’t have to leave the car on the street. Lucky Savannah was very easy to work with and had great communication. We would definitely stay again!

A perfect spot

We so enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It had everything including safe private parking and just moments from Forsyth Park. We loved the Saturday activities at the park from the Farmers Market to all the art and craft vendors. We look forward to coming back. Thank you!

Fabulous

Savannah is beautiful and location was perfect. Unfortunately the restaurants lacked but we didn't let that disrupt stay. Loved Forsythe Park and we enjoyed our river walk. Having the Dot was great. Having the garage was a huge bonus and we highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed a 4 nights long stay at the Howard Grande property and were very impressed with the location, cleanliness, and that it was a newer building. The garage and gate made us feel safe as well. The area is very walkable and we were just steps from Forsyth park. We only had one issue with the property during our stay and Lucky Savannah provided us with great, friendly service. We cannot wait to return and book with Lucky Savannah again.

Girls get away

This property is exactly as described. It was very clean and well stocked. Very spacious too! They are located right across from Forsythe park. We parked the car in the garage and didn't move it until we left Savannah. Pretty much everything we wanted to do and see was walkable. We did walk a lot of miles! Be aware the garage is very tight for SUVs. The only recommendation to the owners, it would be nice if wash cloths were provided. Overall, we loved this unit and if we come back to Savannah would not hesitate to stay here again!

CLEAN! Loved the cleanliness and the spaciousness of the property. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials although we only ate in once because there are too many good restaurants in Savannah. Suggestions to improve the property are to put a lamp in the lounge (there is only overhead lighting without a dimmer) and a clock in the bedrooms. The TV is located in a strange spot far from the seating area. Lucky Savannah was easy to contact and answered all my questions. Also, we had a rental car and the gated entry to the garage was an added level of security we appreciated. Yes, we would stay there again!

It’s beautiful, clean and has plenty of space for 2 couples or a family of 4. The finishes are high end and it’s in a beautiful location, right off the park by a short block. Garage space under the home is a bonus, also! The only issue we have had both times staying here is that no one can figure out how to use the living room tv, but that’s not a huge deal since we’re out and about mostly anyway.

Reviewer Comments: A really spacious apartment, plenty of living space, walk in wardrobes in both bedrooms and 2.5 good bathrooms.The apartment in 1 minute from Forsyth Park. There is a free bus that runs from the far side of the park (4 min walk) down to the river front, every 15 mins from 7am to 7pm. We had a car (the garage was very useful) but only needed it when we travelled outside the city.I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We wish all Airbnb's were like this! Beautifully appointed, super clean, and well-equipped. We all loved it. The management company, was not only professional, they were personable and efficient. I needed a place to hold my luggage and hang out for a bit while waiting for the others to arrive and they have an office in a great location where you can leave your luggage and go out, or stay and get some work done. They were helpful with everything. The property's AC was not working when the cleaners went in, they let me know while I was still at their office, and scheduled people to come immediately. The AC people were friendly and professional too. Having a garage for the car was super convenient. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the historic center/river, but it was close enough for anything. A stone's throw from Forsythe Park made it even better. Cannot say enough good things about this place, except please don't rent it out so much so we can get it again when we return!
