Our home is located on quiet, safe Whitemarsh Island, and the perfect location between the Tybee Island & Downtown Savannah, only 7 miles either way. On our tranquil neighborhood island, you can ride your bike or go on a stroll safely and secure, away from major traffic interference.
We are pleased to say this is a gay-friendly, smoke-free, one-story home, freshly renovated and designed by a professional Interior Designer to have a coastal island feel.

Pets and Children: currently, on this listing, we are not allowing any pets. Sorry! The house is not child proof, so make provisions if you plan on bringing a child.
Arrival and Parking: the house has a large front yard in a quiet street, so plenty of space for parking on the driveway, and once you reserve it, you will receive a unique door code that will kick in at check in time, 4pm, and remain valid until check out time, 10am. The day before your arrival we will send you a message with further information on how to get to the house and into it.

The listing is accurate, clean and right between Savannah and Tybee. It was definitely great as we had plans in both locations and was efficient for the whole family.
The location of this home made it ideal to visit downtown Savannah, Fort Pulaski, and Tybee Island. The house was incredibly clean and smartly decorated. 5 Stars!
We are a family of six and were very comfortable. A well done renovation and interior design to make you feel at home. I would recommend to any family who wanted to explore Savannah and the beach.
We had a wonderful visit to Savannah! Property was true to the pics. We had everything we needed and we were close to everything we wanted to do. The beach was so close we had a couple of beach days and Downtown was super easy to get to as well. Highly recommend!!
Our family of four adults enjoyed spending the last week of December, 2024 at Casa Azul. This attractively appointed home is in a quiet neighborhood, and its location--easy drives to both the beaches and breezes of Tybee Island and the historic pleasures of Savannah--is certainly convenient. We were appreciative for the well-stocked grocery store which is nearby, but it's a great place for people who like to eat out, too.
Wonderful home. Perfect location. Perfectly decorated and well thought out. The little things made a huge difference compared to other VRBOs we have stayed. Laundry soap, beach towels, shampoo/soap in the showers. This was equivalent to or better than any high end hotel. I will definately pick this home for my next Savannah stay.
This was my family’s favorite stay so far. The house itself is as beautiful inside and out. All rooms were comfortable and even the glasses and plates were nice. The location was perfect. 15 minutes to tybee island beach or historic Savannah was great, not to mention how close it was to a grocery store and gas station. We reported that a palm frond had fallen and the owner was there on a manner of minutes to check it out and assure me that it was part of the normal palm tree lifecycle. We look forward to staying here again the next time we decide to visit Savannah.
We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The house was centrally located between downtown and Tybee Island. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The owners provided thorough information about the property and did NOT have an extensive list of demands for leaving the property. I appreciate the cleanliness and general upkeep of the property. If we travel to the area again I would definitely consider rebooking.
We stayed at this property for a little bit under a week while our daughter graduated from SCAD. The property is well located between Tybee and the city of Savannah and is adjacent to all major amenities that you would ever need. The home is beautifully maintained, well furnished and was pristinely clean. Everything you could ever want is at your fingertips and available for your use.
The hosts were communicative and friendly and responded promptly when emailed or chatted. They were definitely interested in making sure that our stay was perfect.
Would definitely make this house a “stay again” when we’re back in Savannah.
Not only was this the perfect location, the house was beautiful and the hosts were amazing to work with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! You can't beat the location. It is right in the middle of the Historic district of downtown Savannah and the beaches at Tybee Island.
I can't say enough good things about the hosts. They were attentive and super easy to work with. They were quick to respond and beyond helpful with suggestions on food, scenery, and places to check out.
Our family is a family of 6 and the house was perfect size and set up for us. Not only was the house decorated to perfection, it was so clean and taken care of. The neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood so a perfect place to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing.

We stayed here and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was incredibly convenient for all the activities we had scheduled, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable.
The house was exactly as pictured, which we appreciated. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere. However, we did encounter some issues with the television and internet. The internet streamed extremely slow, which made it difficult to use for anything other than basic browsing. Additionally, there was only one television in the entire house, located in the living room. None of the other rooms had a television, which might be a consideration for those who like having TVs in their bedrooms.
One peculiar incident was receiving a message from the host saying they needed to come by to get a "tool." Although we were not at the house at the time, it felt a bit strange and came off more like a check-in. Nonetheless, the host was excellent in communicating and sharing information throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated.
Despite the minor issues, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again. The host's responsiveness, excellent site and restaurant recommendations, and the house's convenient location made it a worthwhile stay.

Our stay was everything we expected and more! The hosts are amazing and the home has so many nice touches. We can tell they have been doing this for a while. We couldn’t be happier!
Everything from the first communication to the easy to find location and convenience of being between downtown and Tybee, all the way to the clear instructions inside, it was perfect! I even had to make a new reservation for a second night!
This truly was the best of both worlds, location wise. Close to beaches and other area attractions, but far enough to not be in heavy traffic areas. Publix and Walmart about a 5 minute drive. The property was immaculate, quiet neighborhood, and very comfortable. The only recommendation is the shower water pressure is a little low and if traveling with kiddos, there arent televisions in bedrooms, which for us was perfect. The best part of this booking was the hospitality of the owners Steve and Andy. Provided everything we needed, and answered every question immediately. As long as this property is available it will be my new timeshare in Savannah.
