Great house!

The townhouse was perfect! The location was nice, very walkable to most things. We only drove a few times. The kitchen was fully stocked, which is nice because we cooked some meals and didn't worry about not having cookware. It was also nice having a grill. Parking was free, which was awesome! The only thing to be aware of, is on Wednesday evenings you can't park on the side closest to the townhouse (you have to park on other side) because the street sweeper comes during the night. It was nice the neighbor lets us know so we didn't get fined. Our stay was great and we would definitely recommend the rental. Jason was easy to work with and very quick to respond!

Beautiful long weekend

Our stay had wonderful accommodations. The back patio. Was very cozy with the fireplace. Location was perfect for starting each day with the park, brunch and then heading to river. Surrounded by delicious restaurants.

Beautiful historical getaway

The place was very comfortable and historic in a great location. The patio was wonderful for evenings and mornings. The mattresses and pillow (that’s a big deal for someone 50 or over) were incredibly comfortable. We had three great night sleeps. Jason was a great host and very helpful with any questions. I highly recommend the stay!

Our family spent three days in this quaint home. We enjoyed walking through the historic neighborhoods, squares and Forsyth park. Several coffee shops were also within walking distance. A special thank you to our host, Jason, who reached out to us several times during our stay to make sure all our needs were met.

This home is immaculate-my Mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfectly positioned for exploring the historic district and shops. Everything was so well done, and the private courtyard with outdoor fireplace was amazing! Jo, the property manager was lovely and so helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely perfect!

This place was even better than we expected! Location is perfect and close to Forsyth Park and other hot spots. Parking was always easy to find. Home was impeccable. Super clean. Kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to cook meals. We enjoyed relaxing in living room and loved the private outdoor space with gas fireplace. The bedrooms each had own bathroom which is perfect for two couples. Beds were very comfy. May have been our top vacation rental! Will definitely book again when in Savannah!

Success in Savannah!

We were looking for a relaxing fun time in Savannah and we found it in this beautiful 1870 restored home. This is a townhome located on the west side of Forsyth Park, just a block away from the park. Each morning we strolled down to the park just to take in some healthy vibes. We also had breakfast at Collins Quarter inside the park, YUM. The home is about .09 from the river so we were able to walk there as well. This home was first built in 1870 but recently restored and breathtaking when you walk inside. All of the rooms have been totally modernized and both beautiful bedrooms are upstairs with their own full bathrooms. There is also a powder room on the first floor. The kitchen is to die for with every gadget, dish, pot or pan you could ever want should you choose to stay in and cook or BBQ (there is a BBQ grill in the private yard ready to go). We were a party of 2 adult couples and it worked out perfectly, we each had our own space. The owner/manager of the home was wonderful and friendly and answered all of our questions, he even took the time to bring us beach towels and come over to teach us how to use the sound system, we have a new friend!! Somethings we did in Savannah...The Olde Pink House, a ghost tour ending with dinner at the Pirate House, Hop on Hop off Bus tour, A river cruise, Partied down at the Riverfront, breakfast at Clary's & Tybee Island. We cannot recommend this vacation space enough, it was wonderful and we look forward to going back.

Exceptional home!!!!

Our stay at this VRBO rental was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, full of charm and character, and in a quiet yet super convenient location. The beds were unbelievably comfortable... luxurious linens, bedding, and pillows made it feel like a high-end hotel. One of our favorite features was the private back patio. It was peaceful and gave us the perfect space to securely store our bikes, which was a huge bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again!

Cute place!

Beautiful little place in a nice neighborhood. It is just around the corner from Forsyth Park. The home is well kept and very pretty. The kitchen is very well stocked with glasses, plates, pots, pans, silverware and utensils. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect sizes for the four of us. There is even a cute half bath downstairs. Adorable outside patio. We just didn’t use it this visit since it was hot out. Would love to come in the fall or winter and take advantage of the outside fireplace. My only two complaints are 1. The front bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house and I’m a hot sleeper 2. There is a cool system throughout the house that plays music but we couldn’t get it to sync with our phones as stated in the book. It did play a nice chill jazz station that was great for sitting around and relaxing. Definitely a well kept gem of a place and highly recommend it for a trip to Savannah!

SCAD visit

Booked this lovely property early for daughter’s graduation from SCAD. Gorgeous renovation of a historic home. Perfect for our adult group who loves to cook and enjoy the private courtyard between busy events!Jason was attentive when we needed one small thing fixed. Place is larger than it looks online and parking on the street was always available.

Beautiful historic townhouse in great location!

We spent four nights at the townhouse and would highly recommend it. The home is just as photographed and in a quiet neighborhood. The location is within minutes of everything in Savannah. We had some trouble with the lock the first night,but Jason came right over to help us out. He is quick and responsive and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. The house was spotless and has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental.The beds are both very comfortable.
