Large, Beautiful Home Near Forsyth Park w/ Parking by Lucky Savannah

This beautiful three-story home is just a block from Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest green space! You’ll have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. With five bedrooms and four full baths, this home can accommodate up to 10 Lucky guests, making it perfect for wedding parties and reunions!

In Savannah, the ground floor is known as the Garden Level or Garden Apartment, and is perfect for anyone with mobility issues. It has it’s own entrance and a full kitchen with everything you’ll need during your stay. There are two full bathrooms - one with a shower/tub combo and the second with a stand-up shower. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and plenty of space to unpack, so you can get comfortable during your stay! The Garden Level also has direct access to your private garage.

Upstairs, you’ll find a large custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Open to the dining area, there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Three sets of French doors in the living room lead to your private patio. A gas grill, table for eight, and a view of Forsyth Park make this an ideal setting for dining al fresco.

On the third floor are three more bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and two with queen beds. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a separate tub and shower, perfect for a relaxing evening. There is a convenient door to let in a lot of natural light and lead to a private balcony, so you can sit back and watch the world go by.

You’ll be a block away from Kroger, the only full grocery store in the Historic District, but close enough to all of Savannah’s dining options to never need to cook! Take a stroll to Maté Factor Cafe in the morning and discover organic coffee, maté teas, house made muffins, danishes and even fruit-stuffed.

Lovely stay

We were there for a few days and the house was exactly what we needed. It was a retreat from the busy and a time of building family memories. Close to everything we were looking to visit while in Savannah.

Savannah’s Best

Traveled with a group of 8 friends to Savannah for the weekend, Aaron Lewis concert. The house was a perfect pick and located close to everything. It is a beautiful home with tons of space and charm. Would definitely recommend and we will be back soon. Thank you for an amazing stay

5 senior siblings with 4 spouses gets together in different locations twice a year, one sibling had Savannah on her list tho others hade been to Savannah previously. Great time by all, Savannah very friendly, beautiful historical city. Hop on and off drivers add so much history and fun. House was perfect location, spacious and best stocked kitchen ever

Great Savannah Cousin's Trip

Our party of 8 enjoyed the spacious open kitchen and dining area to visit, share meals and play games. Grocery store around the block came in handy when the adult beverages ran out unexpectedly. Very walkable location in a historic residential setting!

Wonderful house

We had a college reunion with our group and had an excellent time at this home! We all were able to stay comfortably in this 5 bedroom house for 10 people. It was equipped with 2 kitchen areas, great area for games and eating in. Close in proximity to Forsyth park and a quick Uber ride to the downtown Savannah bars and restaurants.

Beautiful, clean home. Lucky Savannah Rentals needs to do better in their check-in process and not say someone is coming to help and it doesn’t happen and all along they were giving incorrect access information.

Perfect place, perfect location

Was there for a family reunion with aunts, uncles and my mom—all in 80s. Stairs were a bit of a challenge, but the handrails are good so everyone was fine. Everything about the house is fantastic—especially the kitchen/dining area. We cooked lots of wonderful meals. We spent lots of time at Forsyth Park—so nice to be able to walk there. Easy access to Kroger’s. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely home

Spacious home for our group of 6 adult women Great gathering spaces including the kitchen family room and patio. 4 full bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and 6 beds. We walked downtown and to many great restaurants and shop areas! Be sure to make dinner reservations ahead and visit Old Pink House, Collins Quarter and Common , if possible! Thanks for having us, we would happily stay again!

Amazing Victorian House

The house was beautiful, even better than advertised. Property management was a good blend of communicative but gave you your space. There were many extra touches that don’t come with other rentals. It is a great gathering spot for friends or family with a layout that allows for personal space as well as gatherings. We absolutely loved this rental and would highly recommend it if staying in the beautiful city of Savannah.

Everyplace we wanted to go was no more than a mile away, so a perfect location for us. Although the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home, we chose to experience Savannah’s many excellent restaurants. The kitchen table seats 8 so plenty of room for our late night card games. The house was clean and comfortable. The staff was available for any questions. Our family would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful Rental

The house was amazing and clean. Loved the location and the comfortable beds! The only thing was that we didn’t have extra trash bags so we ended up buying a box and no extra linens( sheets, blankets etc.) The dryer door was broken but the management did have someone come out to look at it. We figured out to make it work so all was good. Overall, it was a great rental and I would rent again.

Our family's recent 5-day stay at the VRBO in Savannah, Georgia, was a heartwarming experience despite the circumstances surrounding our visit for funeral services. The spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home provided a comfortable and modern setting for our family of 9, equipped with all necessary amenities including WiFi, entertainment options, and a well-equipped kitchen for dining and meal preparation. Its updated modern style and comfortable sleeping arrangements added to the overall experience. The home's convenient location near downtown Savannah, within walking distance to Forsyth Park, Mrs. Wilkes House, and various other attractions, made it an ideal base to explore the city's gems. The unanimous agreement among all guests about returning to this home for future Savannah visits speaks volumes about the wonderful experience and comfort it provided for our family during a difficult time.

Well Equipped & Great Location

We stayed for an extended family get-together with 9 total guests. Two of our guests were elderly mobility limited, so the walk-in living area on ground floor with kitchen, bedrooms and restrooms was priceless as they never had to tackle the stairs. The house itself is set up for living--comfy hang out spaces and a nice gas grill and a well-equipped kitchen made real cooking easy. The only thing of note is the listing notes the beds are queens, but they felt smaller than standard queen. More like in-between a queen and a double bed size. So, in our experience, those sharing will be cozy, or, may prefer to sleep separately as a result. Beyond that, we LOVED the location. Walking distance to virtually everything, and if you're feeling like you don't want to walk and want a unique experience, Pink Bike Taxi was awesome and picks up right at the house. The rental agency staff was responsive & available when we had questions once in the house. We enjoyed our stay!

It is the perfect location - we loved walking through the neighborhoods to the River Road and main shopping area with restaurants. Krogers with Starbucks was a block and a half away - very handy! Savannah is a beautiful city and we enjoyed every bit of it. The house is amazing - slept 8 comfortably, with two people per bathroom (this is important for women!). We had a problem with the lock one evening and someone came to repair it by 9 a.m. the next day. I would highly recommend this location.
