"Air conditioning didn’t work. Offered to move us after the second night but we were already settled in our room. Had to ask for housekeeping service multiple times, but they were not detail oriented so I had to ask them to fill lotion bottle. Said they would waive the parking fee at checkout but my card has been charged twice so I’ve had to keep calling them to reverse the charge. Would absolutely never stay here again. Friendly people but not worth the money whatsoever. "

"Excellent stay on all fronts. The quiet outdoor sitting areas, spacious rooms, tasteful decor, and shady location among towering redwoods all contributed to a very enjoyable time. Host communication was prompt and clear. This is among the best vacation rentals we've encountered. I liked that it was well outside of town. Other places we've booked off Hwy 9 have been very noisy and cramped. I'd definitely stay here again."
