"The complex is beautiful, staff were super friendly. Our room was clean, we had no issues with our stay. We would suggest planning breakfast elsewhere though, as the selections were minimal. Otherwise, amazing stay!"

"It was a comfortable get away. But I did expect better based on the price. Having to plug in the lamp between beds to have light was inconvenient. The heater was loud all night - even when we turned it off. The bathroom door isn’t on it’s track right and I almost got locked in. The bathroom doesn’t have a light separate so as not to turn on the whole vanity light in the middle of the night. "

"What a beautiful property! So enjoyed it all but especially the fireplace, sauna and inviting back patio. It was fun taking my morning walks to the Hakone Gardens, enjoying the beautiful Saratoga Creek and quaint downtown area along the route. The hosts were accommodating and spoiled us! I look forward to returning!"
