The Sautee Sanctuary is a cozy cabin built for two, tucked on a quiet wooded ridge just 10 minutes from downtown Helen and 5 minutes from Unicoi State Park. It's made for anniversaries, birthdays, and "we just need a break" weekends.

Inside is one big open room with a full kitchen, a comfy living area and a pool table, plus a private bedroom with a plush king bed and forest views. A fold-out twin lounger sleeps a third guest. The bathroom has a jetted tub with a rock-wall waterfall and a separate shower.

Out back, the screened porch holds your private hot tub and the sauna, so you can soak and sweat rain or shine. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee, and deer wander through often. Say hi to Barbara, our local celebrity!

Helen's restaurants, shops, Oktoberfest and Christmas lights are 10 minutes away. Unicoi State Park, Anna Ruby Falls, wineries and hiking trails are all close by.

Good to know: the fireplace is sealed and just for looks, there's no washer or dryer, and you'll have cabin neighbors in the trees. Dogs are welcome when added to the reservation and kept off the furniture.
