Location is great, staff is great (shout out to Malickie for assisting my sister with a room issue and to Riyadh for assisting us with a seamless checkout and airport transfer!!)
My only criticism is the shower drain was extremely clogged, causing a flood in the first couple minutes. We didn’t address it to the staff since it was a short stay for us so we just dealt with it but other than this, a lot of pluses and I would recommend!

Staff was really caring and was even going out of their way to help and care for the comfort and easiness of its guests there.
No matter how bizi team was there. Carers was making sure all amenities are provided in the room and never out of stock when people are using for their respective rooms.

A brief overnight stay. Beds were soft and comfy. Room had good sound proofing and air conditioning. Everything is new and clean and comfortable. Did not have the breakfast as I couldn’t justify the cost!
