Excellent location close to Ueno park and station.
The staff were so helpful and accommodating.
The restaurant served fresh ,healthy food with a variety of choices.
This is the first time we have visited Japan and we were delighted with our choice of hotel that made the trip memorable.

The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful. Really enjoyed this property and would return again. Highly recommend to stay here.
