Weird vibe from the staff, on the edge of the dodgey part of town, food was very basic and the breakfast pastries were stale. Great housekeeper at first, but then not so great. Parking is necessary and expensive.

Our parking is reflective of our downtown location and surrounding parking alternatives availble if a guest does not wish to park with us. We hope you had a safe journey on from us.
Great location for TCU events, easy to get too. Only complaint the parking stalls are too small, several people use 2 spots because they can't park or the vehicle is too wide.

It was close to where we were going to a tribute band concert. we were able to leave our car in the parking provided by the hotel. Breakfast was very good with a lot of diferent choices.

We had a medical appointment close by and it was handy to be able to walk there.
Staff was friendly and hotel was nice and quiet.

They locked me out of my room, took more than all my money and called it an eviction when i hadnt even gone in the room.

As per our smoking policy the fine is 500 for smoking in a room, which guests were found to be doing. This is cause for instant eviction, there is no refund in the case of an eviction based on hotel policies.
Had to pay for city parking. Parkade is too small for larger vehicles

Hi Kennedy, all the downtown area is paid parking. Our clearance for indoor parking is 6'6, which is quite standard. I'm sorry you were not able to fit in the indoor parking.
I loved the property.
The record breaking snowstorm limited transportation and accessibility to going just about anywhere. It was not the hotel's fault. They were very helpful in getting me to the airport the day after the storm.

Thanks for the 5 star review Daniel! The indoor parking is definitely nice when it's a stormy winter day. It's also a bonus in the summer when it's really hot out :)
I love how it has indoor parking makes me feel comfortable and I love how clean the room is and the bed are amazing

Inside parking was necessary. Would not be safe to leave vehicle outside.
