"The I stayed in this hotel 3 times this year. Really enjoyed it. I like the public bath but it was crowded quite often."

"Excellent service and a number of onsen options. Breakfast is delicious and offers a lot of delicacies. Optional kansakei style dinner was excellent. The staff were courteous and it seems like there is someone either cleaning the place or waiting to serve you. Free udon at night at 10 PM. Massage service was very good and done by experiences local masseurs. Minor complaint is that some of the furniture is dated but it also gives some ryokan charm."
