We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was very clean and nice. The folks in the front desk were very good and very helpful. Always willing to help. I like having the laundry facilities available to us and the location of the property was very centrally located we would certainly come back

Great Stay

It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it.

Location is near the train station, receptionists spoke fluent English, polite and was easy to communicate with. Room cards are made of wood with comfortable touch. Room was clean and neat, bed and pillows were comfortable.

The room was nice and clean. Large for a japanese hotel room. A little bit of a walk from the closest station but very close to most of downtown Kobe. Staff were friendly and greeted us warmly upon arrival. Would consider staying again. Fair price for what you get.

Super quick and easy check in process for foreign tourists. The entire hotel is smoke free, so there’s no risk of accidentally booking a smoking room. Each room is stocked with decent amenities, and the WiFi speeds and bandwidth are amazing (200-300 mbps down and up). This hotel is located just down the street from the Kobe Sannomiya station and within a 5 min walk. Great, comfortable little hotel at decent prices!

The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to shopping malls and train stations. Although it's right in the centre of town, it's on a quiet street with little human traffic. The room with 3 single beds is very unique and convenient for a group of 3 people. It's a comfortable size room with enough space to open 2 luggage on the floor. Coffee is available at the lobby for guests free of charge. Will definitely stay there again!
