Because of a bit rainy weather sometimes we didn't use the swimming pool much, but the pool was very big and nice to swim in. Thanks Chris and Gill for this lovely week!"

L’aménagement est minimaliste. Les chambres sont dans les combles avec velux (pas de fenêtre sur les beaux paysages). Une seule salle de bain pour 3 chambres …. Et pas de WC séparé … peu pratique quand on est 5 adultes. Pas de commerce proches même pour dépanner en produits de base. Mais les propriétaires sont...

It's the perfect location for just sitting and staring out over the valley below to the Pic du Midi de Bigorre in the distance OR as a base camp for great bike rides, hikes and marché hopping. The only warning, applicable mainly to US visitors, is that you are expected to bring your own bed sheets and towels. Highly recommend; we hope to return soon!"

"We were met by Kay and Neil and made to feel very welcome. The property was just as described and Kay had left us some provisions such as milk butter etc. The gite is very well situated to explore the region, and is a 20 minute walk into the village of Madiran, which has 2 restaurants and a boulangerie. Neil was always on hand to help us out with any questions and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a nice relaxing, peaceful holiday. Jim Relph."
