Great villa

Great location up on the side of a hill overlooking the port of Solenzara and the Scaffa Rosa beach. Kitchen, living room and two bedrooms overlooking the large pool, and a comfortable sitting out area overlooking the view and the pool. Other three bedrooms at the back of the house. Very well equipped, and for a nice change lots of dish-washer tablets and washing liquid left behind for us. Lovely ice-creams at Glacier du Port, and very good restaurants in the area many of which are on the beach. Altogether one of our best holidays in a villa we can really recommend.

The villa is great. The rooms are all a very good size, the property is well looked after, views are amazing, pool is lovely and the air-conditioning worked very well! The villa is well equipped, I would just liked to have had hand soap in all the bathrooms

Magnificent property

This house is amazing, even better than the gorgeous photos. The spacious and comfortable bedrooms are huge, beds are comfortable and en-suite bathroom in all 5 bedrooms. The living space is huge and kitchen is appointed with everything you need to prepare any meal. The crowning glory of the house is the outdoor area with large heated immaculate pool with lounge and dining areas outside. Everything in this house is of very high quality. I could live there forever. The small town of Solenzara has several wonderful restaurants and an excellent supermarket nearby. Communication with the owners was prompt and with a genuine concern for any issues. We hope to be back soon.

Der Urlaub war ein Traum. Angefangenen von der Schlüsselübergabe um 23 Uhr nachts, bis hin zu der unkomplizierten Übergabe bei der Abreise. Wir durften unsere Checkout Zeit nach Rücksprache um ein paar Stunden verlängern. Zimmeraufteilung für zwei Familien mit jeweils einem Kind und zwei weiteren Paaren optimal. Jeder hat sein eigenes Bad, bestehend aus eigener Dusche und Toilette und sehr bequemen Betten. Die gemeinsam genutzten Räume sind noch größer als man es auf den Bildern erahnen kann. Der Pool war beheizt und mit einer Außentemperatur von ca. 22 C immer noch ca. 23 bis 24 C warm. Der Ausblick ist genauso wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, absolut traumhaft. Der Grill wurde intensiv genutzt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Villa de rêve avec vue inoubliable

La villa est très spacieuse lumineuse agréable permettant à tous d être à l aise - en particulier nous avons apprécié de pouvoir sans soucis amener notre Maman âgée à mobilité réduite - le propriétaire nous a accueillis chaleureusement en mettant en place une rampe pour franchir les quelques marches de l entrée ensuite tout était parfait la terrasse en partie couverte est un vrai bonheur avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas tous les équipements sont au top... et la description correspond bien a l'annonce Vivement y revenir!

Quand la porte d'entrée s'est ouverte le mot qui nous est venu à la bouche était WAOUHOUUUU !!! Nous étions un groupe d'amis et avons séjourné 1 semaine de vacances magiques ! La villa est splendide a vous couper le souffle, très propre, spacieuse, lumineuse, très grande terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la mer et le port de Solenzara. Kurzurlaub schöner als gedacht

Super Kontakt, tolles Anwesen, sehr schönes Haus. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Bilder sind toll, die Wirklichkeit ist besser, wir waren absolut begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wichtige Ingo für Hundebesitzer: komplett eingezäunt, super entspannt für alle Familienmitglieder, auch die mit 4 Beinen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick übers Meer mit Sonnenaufgang ist atemberaubend. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter wahnsinnig nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt rundum genossen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Anwesen. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft

Wunderbarer Ausblick von jedem Zimmer der Villa: Nach Osten Meer und Sonnenaufgang- nach Westen - Gebirge. Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem netten Vermieter. Villa tipptopp sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Zu jedem der 5 Schlafzimmer - 2 nach Osten zum Pool und Meer, 3 nach Westen ein en- Suite Badezimmer mit WC. Riesiger Wohn- Essbereich. Außenbeleuchtung mit hochwertigen Ess- und Terrassenmöbeln. Sehr zu empfehlen - ein außerordentlich erholsamer Aufenthalt

Villa Exceptionnelle

Cette villa est exceptionnelle. Sa conception est très bien pensé et tout est fait avec goût et souci de la praticité. Tout y est. La vue est à couper le souffle et on en profite depuis l'immense terrasse, ou depuis la piscine et même depuis le vaste salon, la cuisine ou encore 2 chambres sur les 5. Toutes les chambres comportent salle d'eau, WC dédié, et climatisation, et ils ont quand même pensé au WC séparé des chambres pour l'intimité. Il y a une pièce dédiée pour laver et repasser le linge, parfait pour ne pas entendre le bruit du lave-linge, et vous aurez même un espace extérieur dédié pour sécher votre linge ! Des jeux d'eau sont fournis pour la piscine, et des boules pour le terrain de pétanque positionné jusqu'à côté du barbecue et la plancha. Un garage permet de mettre une voiture à l'abri du soleil. Et à l'arrière de la maison, on aperçoit même les aiguilles de Bavelle ! C'est un 20/20 pour cette villa, absolument rien à redire, nous en sommes tombés amoureux ! Tout petit bémol concernant la distance du centre de Solenzara qui oblige à prendre la voiture pour acheter du pain ou faire de petites courses, mais il ne vous suffira que de 5 minutes en voiture, et on peut facilement trouver des places au parking du port, tout près des commerces, donc ce n'est finalement pas un problème. Et en plus, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques ! En général, nous ne revenons pas deux fois au même endroit, mais là, on y pense ! Aucune chance que vous soyez déçus !

Sehr schöne Villa

Sehr saubere Villa mit tollem Inventar. Ein Auto ist ein muss da die Villa etwas auf der höhe liegt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Pool ist ein Traum sowie die komplette Anlage.

Extra-ordinaire !

Tout est hors du commun dans cette location ! Accueil simple et efficace par le frère du propriétaire ; nous avons découvert une villa immense, fidèle aux descriptions et très lumineuse (malgré une mauvaise météo :-( On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin (vaisselle y compris les flûtes à champagne pour fêter mon anniversaire, machine à glaçons pro etc). Les extérieurs sont parfaits : belle piscine, immense terrasse (dont une partie couverte appréciable), barbecue et plancha abrités, à utiliser sans modération. Je recommande totalement cette location dont la situation sur les hauteurs de Solenzara avec une vue dégagée sur la mer, et en contrebas le port, est au top ! Quartier calme. Quasiment aucun vis à vis. A 3 mn en voiture du centre ville. Gros coup de coeur pour la chambre parentale avec vue sur la piscine et dont la SDB possède une baignoire (on entend un peu les tuyauteries de la chambre adjacente mais ce fut le seul point à relever, s il en fallait un...). En conclusion : maison de rêve pour passer des moments inoubliables avec vos proches.

Super séjour

Nous venons de passer 8 jours en famille dans cette grande et superbe villa. Grandes chambres, Séjour très spacieux, Piscine très propre et très belle, Cuisine bien équipée, Une vue à couper le souffle. Équipement complet où tout a été parfaitement pensé. Les commerces sont très proches. Tout était parfait pour passer un superbe moment en famille ou entre amis. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette villa.
