Newly built in 2025. Enjoy sumptuous elegance in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom designer-built and furnished house. The excellent location makes this home an easy walk to the track and to Broadway. This is a great spot!

This is a very nice new house located just a few minutes walk to the racetrack. It was fully outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very nice and responsive throughout the process. The location was great if you’re headed to the races. We would definitely stay there again!
