The location is very good. There is a taco bell in front, mc donalds very close and Publix across the street, The area is wonderful but the hotel is old and a little drabby I did not like the AC it is the old type that was used years ago in motels. Other than that, the room was clean but dingy. Could use some paint and some upgrades.

Unproprtionally expensive dirty, not well furnished, bad TV, wery limited poor breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel for anybody.

The room smelled rather damp & musty. We weren't sure if we could sleep well. Before going out for dinner, we opened a window and ran the fan. Bought some lavender oil room freshener when we were out, and sprayed that rather liberally several times before going to bed. Left the window open & fan running all night. Slept O.K. & by morning either the room smelled better or we had become accustomed to the smell.

This property is old and has not been well maintained. The lobby smells very musty. The rooms aren’t as smelly. Bed is clean. Bathroom is not. Shower is not hot. Not worth the $180 we paid.

I am extremely disappointed I am requesting the refund I did the reservation with Expedia. The hotel was extremely dirty. Stinky smells terrible mold we just came received the key when we walked to the hall and went into the room. The smell was terrible. My friend started coughing because the mold was extremely high. I am asking for my refund someone who have to be liable because we paid $210 and we didn’t have a place to stay after all I don’t recommend this hotel for no human being. This is insane.

We walked in and it smelt horrible like pot. We didn’t feel safe we had a ground level and our window was cracked and the extra door lock was broken. I saw 2 roaches immediately upon entering the room in total we saw 7 within 20 mins and when one jumped out of the phone we decided to leave. The front desk lady was very nice and fully refunded, so I will say that was the best part of this hotel. Pictures DO NOT match what we saw. Dirty bath too and Taco Bell in our nightstand

Rooms had a musty smell when we first checked in. We had the chamber maids spray room with air fresheners and then we had to open the windows to let fresh air into room. For several hours before we came back to the hotel. Smell seemed to dissipate. Quiet neighborhood!

No place to sit out side to visit other guest and family , only pool area which closed at 5:00 pm. The view of room is taco bell parking lot, So must request pool side room (option never given ) And rooms were empty that faced pool , Family lives on property no privacy, Also has several homeless people staying in rooms, and asking for money in pool area. $100.00 room key deposit for each key which does not get refunded till 7-10 after check out, The breakfast was bead in zip lock bags and boxed cereal, frozen waffles and only seats 8 people hotel holds over 60est. visitors DONT GO HERE

The woman who checked us in was extremely unfriendly and rude! When I accidentally handed her my debit card instead of my ID she yelled, “I said your Debit Card!” When I asked if there was an accessible room available, she appeared “put out” lolooked in her computer, and said it would cost $50 dollars more a night! I thought if an accessible room was available it had to cost the same amount! Also there was no coffee available in the room! The WiFi was horrible, and the TV was very small! It was a horrible value!

This is a pay by weekly hotel ( people live here)
Pictures do not match the website! They tried to charge my card before I checked in even though i chose the "pay at the hotel option". Then I was charged a $50 deposit. nowhere was this mentioned on the app or website. Requested a room with a "balcony ' and upon arrival I was told I would be given a room downstairs so It would be easier for me to smoke. I don't smoke..... Worst stay ever

Smell smoke everywhere, AC turned off so smelled humidity. I got nausea in my bed before falling asleep. Breakfast included but not appreciable. Cereals, frozen waffles, not bread when I came downstairs. Does not worth the price and your health. I am glad I stayed only one night. Next to a Publix and very good situated tho. Woman at the front desk nice.
