Located in a convenient location, staff was super friendly and helpful. They provided recommendations which ended up being the best restaurant we had in sapporo. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the vibe

Nice quiet rooms with a great view, excellent cleanliness and perfect location

The train station was 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. There was a 7 eleven across the road and a Lawson near the train station. Getting around was easy. You needed to have your phone working with the internet otherwise you couldn't scan your code to get in. The room was brilliant, clean with a washer dryer.

Hotel is located in a very busy and convenient area. You can get everything while you are staying JR Tower Hotel. The staffs are very friendly and professional. Highly appreciated and recommend.

Great location next to the TV Tower - def worth to book a room with view and cabin room for a special experience. Cabin room - the bed is an elevated wooden platform with futon. One of the best sleeps I've had whilst travelling around Japan for 2 weeks. Noise insulation was excellent and great touch with vinyl player, I had Frank Senatra vinyl in my room. No TV, so you can disconnect during your stay. Lounge on level 2 was nice and has window seating overlooking Odori Park and TV Tower. Lots...

Fantastic location - close to Sapporo station, Stellar Place and walking distance to other locations. There is also a 7 Eleven attached. The rooms were new and beautifully styled. Fantastic housekeeping and friendly reception staff. 10/10

The cycle of washing machine is longer than expected

One of our favourite hotels in Sapporo, rooms are new neat and clean, comfortable bed. Breakfasts are great with a nice selection

Staff were very nice and accommodating

Beautiful hotel, only a few blocks from Sapporo station, easy walk. Breakfast was fabulous. Room was nice and spacious. Only strange thing was the gym didn’t open until mid morning and there was a charge to use it!

An excellent place to stay in Sapporo. Well located and presented.

Great location, guest lounge and public bath facilities were great as well.
