Nice Stay
I booked and paid for breakfast and early check in, but somehow hotel only got the breakfast not for early check in (whose fault is that?). After I show my reservation and back and forth words exchange, the reception call I think is Manager. I show him my reservation again and he was happily accepted. So if anyone booked early check in make sure have black n white. Hotel.com please check this issue so other can avoid this problem. Other than that the staffs are very nice and helpful.

Great place to stay in Sapporo
Well located on a covered shopping street, with easy access to the underground passageways / malls / subway stations. Room was Japan sized (ie. small) but has everything you need. Staff very helpful for everything else. We loved the hot spring baths and free ramen!

Location Onsen Ramen Coffee Station and Taxi Shuttle those services are excellent. Next trip to Japan will be Dormy Inn.

Nice hotel, but poor receptionists!
Location is good, buffet is good, housekeepings and the staffs in restaurant were as well as Japanese standard. However, those front desk receptionists were the most unhelpful and unpleasant I ever met in Japan, it really destroy the hotel's brand!!!

That was nice staying at Domy Inn Sapporo Annex hot spring, but compare with same hotel in kushiro, the kushiro was nicer, like hot spring bath, size of room, amenities and their stuffes.

Rugby world cup visit
I stayed here whilst visiting Sapporo for the rugby world cup. This hotel is very smart and comfortable. The onsen is brilliant. This hotel is also very well located for local restaurants and bars. Overall I had an excellent stay and it was excellent value for money.
