The street is a very long shopping arcade. The Mitsukoshi department store and Central stationery store are nearby.Lots of dining options. Breakfast is really good with many options. Room was clean and housekeeping was excellent.

In general, the stay at this hotel was very good. The room is a little small, but it was clean. The public bath (hot spring) was good. The breakfast was the best I had in variety and taste.

Nice Stay

I booked and paid for breakfast and early check in, but somehow hotel only got the breakfast not for early check in (whose fault is that?). After I show my reservation and back and forth words exchange, the reception call I think is Manager. I show him my reservation again and he was happily accepted. So if anyone booked early check in make sure have black n white. Hotel.com please check this issue so other can avoid this problem. Other than that the staffs are very nice and helpful.

客室は綺麗でよく整備されていた。大浴場はまるで温泉旅館のような雰囲気に作れれたおり、BGMが流れていたり、植物が植えられていたり、とてもリラックスできた。サウナも十分な広さがある上に、アロマが炊いてあったり、オートロウリュウがあったりと充実していた。 向かい側のプレミアム館の大浴場も使えることに気が付かず、使う時間がなくて残念だった。チェックイン時に口頭でに案内はないので、パンフをよく読むと良いと思う。立地は狸通り商店街の中で、地下鉄駅も徒歩圏内で文句なしに好立地です。チェックインは機械が少なく、客が重なると待たされるので、様子を見て時間をずらすなどした方がいいと思う。
