"We booked the Preferred Club, but didn't feel like preferred members. The beach is beautiful! The beach staff should concentrate on cleaning and maintaining it better. Hardly any sargassm. They moved our belongings while we were at breakfast for only 30 minutes, and didn't bother to tell us where they moved them to. Not cool. But management was very nice and understanding when we complained. The loud music was ANNOYING! There is no where to go to escape it! People are on the beach and wanted to read, sleep, relax. It was difficult with the loud music blasting during the day. Restaurants were good. Hardly any wait times. Nightly entertainment was great. We enjoyed the Michael Jackson show, the Circus show, the Fire show and so on. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time anyway. The music just doesn't have to be so loud!!"

"Our 4th time stay at Casa de Campo was nothing short spectacular—absolutely everything was excellent! From the moment we arrived, the service was world-class. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. The resort itself is breathtaking, massive, and meticulously maintained. Cruising around the beautiful property in our own golf cart was one of our favorite highlight Casa de Campo as always,exceeded every single expectation we had. If you want a perfect, luxury getaway in the Dominican Republic, this is it. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommended!"

"Amazing property, couldn t be cleaner. The staff are trained at a very highly level; all very courteous; we really enjoyed the various restaurants and considering it is an all inclusive the food was actually pretty good. I have been to DR 3 times and would for sure consider staying here again. It was my wedding anniversary and they even had a ribbon on your door celebrating us! Loved every moment thank you for making our time wonderful"

"We have very mixed feelings about this resort. The location was very nice, right on the water, with a ladder to enter and exit the ocean. There is no beach, but we prefer to swim in the ocean and pools without dealing with sand, so this was very nice. The pools are large and well kept. The grounds are also fairly well kept. There are some maintenance issues. Some of the public bathrooms were not kept clean. A soap dispenser in one bathroom was empty the whole time we were there. But, by far the most disappointing aspect was the food. The buffet food was terrible. Rice, beans, and meat is a national dish, and they couldn't even do that correctly. The food was dry, over cooked, and extremely salty. With many, many dishes to choose, from we did find 3 or 4 that were good, but there is no excuse for the majority of the food being so bad. I'm talking about spitting the food out of your mouth bad. The head chef asked me how the food was and I told him, it was no good. He acted like it was the best they could do and shrugged off the complaint. There are 3 other restaurants. A Japanese place that requires you pay for the food. It was not good. Actually, the sushi was poor. 2 other restaurants are okay, with very limited menus, but the reservations are completely booked well before noon each day. We had an upgraded, ocean view room that was very nice. However, the hot water did not work at times. If you cannot afford a nicer place, this is a good choice. Just be prepared."

"I am submitting this formal complaint regarding my recent experience with Arajet due to excessive flight delays, misleading communication, poor customer service, and unreasonable additional charges during our travel from Santo Domingo to Miami (MIA). Our flight was delayed for more than 6 hours with very little communication provided to passengers. The delay was not properly announced at the airport, and the airline website failed to clearly show the actual flight status, creating confusion and uncertainty for passengers and family members monitoring the flight. Arajet emailed only some passengers stating the flight would depart at 8 PM; however, the plane actually left after 9 PM, and we finally arrived in Miami after 11 PM. During the delay, even airline staff appeared frustrated and unable to explain the real reason for the delay. Many passengers became upset and uncomfortable due to the lack of transparency and communication. No food vouchers, accommodations, compensation, or meaningful assistance were offered despite the long delay. Additionally, Arajet charged $95 per passenger for personal items for all 6 passengers in my reservation, resulting in hundreds of dollars in unexpected fees. These charges were not clearly disclosed during booking. I was informed these fees could have been paid online at a discounted rate; however, despite the long delay, I was never given the opportunity to do so.
