As other ppl said, the key slot which turns on room was broken. When told the guy said let me send mechanic and this was at 2:00 am. I had to insist to change room. No regular water. The front staff were very friendly but had no clue on many things. Great breakfast.

External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost.
