Great property within GRU transit area that is convenient for a short rest. There is quite a walk if your flight departs from Terminal 2 gate area because gate assignments are not known until a fews hours prior to departure

Highly recommended

Having stayed at this hotel several times, I can highly recommend it. This time we had a 12 hour layover and we felt totally refreshed after a shower and a good sleep. Also includes a good breakfast if you are there during these hours.

This hotel is in the airport and right near the gate I needed to go to in the morning! Staff was amazing front desk breakfast and bar housekeeping as well the rooms were spotless! Only reason I didn’t give facilities 5 is the shower didn’t drain well and the air seemed not so fresh in the hotel but other than it’s perfect

Layover in São Paulo

Had a 9 hour layover in São Paulo. Was a a good option to rest and relax away from the busy airport while still being inside the building close to my departure gate. Well positioned hotel with everything you need for a layover.

We are big fans of transit hotels for late night departures as we have a toddler, not to mention being able to freshen up after a long day. This hotel met all expectations and we went from bed to gate just 30 minutes before our scheduled departure. Good, clean rooms, friendly staff and good food. The convenience is priceless.

We booked this hotel to make our 12hs stopover at GRU airport more comfortable, and the hotel did its job. Quiet room (though windowless), complimentary breakfast, and a small garden to breath an outside air. The amenities are quit basic and quite expensive for the hotel's grade, but still I'd chose this one again than having to move to a better hotel in Guarulhos city.

The room/bathroom was clean and fine. The basic amenities were available. The location is great in the airport after the security check zones. Ideal for a good night sleep when you have a long stop over, in our case 13 hours. The airpoirt indications where the hotel is located are great when you come from one side but from the other side it is not ver clear. The expedia indication take the elvator next to swarovski shop is outdated. The shop is gone. The expedia indication that "The receptiemedewerker staat bj aankomst op je te wachten is gewoon onzin". Zit niemand op te wachten maar is gewoon niet waar. Nobody in the hotel asks for your boarding card. The option to pay cash at arrival was available. It only about USD 100 more expensive than by card. The staff did no know why when I asked. Dinner option at the Sao Paulo airport are limited to fast food and fast food plus. After 20:30 it us really poor. Breakfast was fine and we continued our journey well rested.

Only accessible when in transit !!! If you left the airport there is no way to get back in the hotel! Check in is only open 4 hours before flight departure ti then have your hotel for remaining few hours. Not possible To meet with people from outside. Rather useless as a hotel
