Spacious and complete studio next to Allianz Parque, it has a garage, 24-hour concierge, twisted balcony, television, wi-fi and kitchen utensils, queen-size bed and air conditioning for your comfort.
For everyone's safety, the Building requires guest documents to be sent prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo ID of all guests.
Visitors are not allowed.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.
Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra day will be charged.
Our opening hours are from 09:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

Complete accommodation for your stay, the space is modern, well used and decorated in gray and white colors with wooden furniture for you to stay in comfort and elegance on Turiassú street next to Allianz Parque, with refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, air conditioning, queen-size bed, wi-fi and television.

Located in Perdizes, Turiassú is next to Allianz Parque, ideal for anyone going to watch a game or enjoy a concert in one of the biggest stadiums in Brazil, with easy access to Shopping Bourbon, it is one of the most sought after buildings and where we deliver total comfort for our guests.
THE BUILDING
It has a coworking space, laundry, gym, mini market, Pet space, long pool with sun loungers so you can relax and enjoy quality leisure before returning to your cozy accommodation, it also has a garage included.
