The staff were very friendly! The breakfast was good and the restaurant offered a good selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was clean and spacious. I liked that it had a mini-fridge. There is an Atacadão nearby, busses outside.

Our stay was fine. I would like to point out that it is close to the airport, and the receptionist helped us get a breakfast box because our flight left at 5am. When we went to the desk they had our breakfast, and the parking lot was ok. It is not a new hotel.

Pontos positivos: Hotel em ótima localização, próximo ao centro da cidade e do aeroporto. Ótimo café da manhã, com variedades e saboroso. A limpeza estava adequada e o atendimento foi muito bom. Pontos negativos: instalações um pouco antiga, além de as janelas não terem tratamentos acústicos, deixando a desejar no conforto. Principalmente porque tem uma balada bem próxima ao hotel, com som muito alto que acabou mais das 3 h da manhã e não tive uma boa noite de sono.

Fiz reserva para uma família amiga de 2 adultos e 1 criança de 3 anos, informação solicitada no ato da reserva. Porém, ao chegar ao hotel, o quarto era apenas duplo e não havia colchão extra, berço ou qualquer alternativa para acomodar a criança. Ao questionar, a recepcionista informou que “quando colocamos criança, dá a entender que ela vai dormir junto com os pais”, o que considero inaceitável e uma falta de clareza na prestação do serviço. Além disso, a estrutura do hotel é antiga, com chuveiro ruim e instalações que não correspondem ao esperado. Infelizmente, a experiência foi frustrante e muito abaixo do mínimo esperado.

Bom custo benefício

Hôtel agradável para uma estadia de última hora e uma ótima opção para quem deseja ficar perto do aeroporto de Guarulhos (15/20 minutos de carro). Quanto aos quartos, custo benefício ok, não esperar uma limpeza impecável porém, encontrei um quarto super organizado e confortável. Um detalhe somente ao barulho que vem da rua e tbm dos aviões que passam a casa 5 minutos. O café da manhã é MARAVILHOSO! Muitas opções, variedades de frutas, iogurtes e pães.
