This has to be the best hotel in SP. I had them pick me up from the airport this time and they brought the 2023 Range Rover! Pulling into the hotel is like pulling into a private land in asap that no one can see. You travel through a wooded entrance into an amazing and beautiful resort. My only recommendation is that if you use Iner like me you should walk to the front of the car entrance to call because most can’t find their way in.

Gorgeous hotel. You will never feel you are in the middle of a huge city, the ambiance is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel gym and spa is to die for if you are person into fitness. I love Rosewood hotels, they are worth every penny.

One of the best hotel stays i've ever had and i travel frequently. This was a great and beautiful hotel for my solo trip to são paulo i was delighted around every corner by the art or little unique touches that make this place so special and the staff is so helpful and warm as well.

I've stayed a multiple Rosewood properties and this location is by far my favorite! The service is impeccable, they think about every single details. This hotel quickly became my favorite place in Sao Paulo. The amenities are great, you forget for a second that you are in the heart of a huge metropole. I can't wait to visit it again!

Amazing hotel in the big city
I have traveled a lot around the world and without a doubt this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The beauty of the property, the attention to details, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff all contribute to make the stay in Sao Paulo incredibly pleasant. Truly a superb hotel!

However, the tarnish on this otherwise illustrious establishment emerges from the lamentable state of its staff, necessitating an immediate overhaul under a more astute and discerning general director. From the moment I arrived to check out this property was an amazing experience. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. They tried to always go the extra mile and elevate the entire experience. I felt more than a guest but as a friend as Barbara welcomed me into the hotel. They stay on hand for any questions or needs just through simple texts.

Excellent service - Nice hotel
We had a great stay at Rosewood after arriving with the night flight from Lisbon. Was lucky to get an early check-in and they also gave a late check out, which was much appreciated. They have lovely restaurants and great breakfast - especially the porridge, egg white omelette, croissants and the cheese bred was amazing. The only downside was a wedding that occupied the roof top so it could not be used for 1 day. That was a bit annoying, but apart from that, great stay. I don't think it's the best location in town (which can be expected for this kind of price), but it's still about 8/10 for location.

This hotel is unbelievable! The entire place is amazing, so unique. The service is exceptional, their staff go above and beyond to make sure you are having a great stay. I look forward to staying there again. What an amazing experience! Their transfer from the airport was the best I ever had. I whish I could give more than five stars.

Booked 2 rooms, needed to cancel 1 due to work changes. Cancel before check in still got charged for 1 night penalty. Now Rosewood dont even refund for the rest. During my stay, they were nice and said everything should be ok, and refund will be issued. Now they say no refund

Excelente hotel, estrutura… serviços em geral. Tivemos alguns problemas com o restaurante “lê jardin”, onde eram servidos o café da manhã. Foram 6 diárias e, nas 6 diárias, a conta veio errada. Em todas as vezes, tivemos que reclamar da conta para correção. A impressão que passou é que não se preocuparam em corrigir o “erro”. O atendimento no restaurante deixa muito a desejar, principalmente por ser o restaurante principal do único 6 estrelas do Brasil. Combos de café da manhã com limitação de 2 pratos quentes. Incrível. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a comida do Le Jardin. O atendimento na Emerald Pool poderia ser melhor também, a sensação era de que a equipe estava desfalcada, em que pesa a inigualável gentileza e cuidado da Marta.
