Muito barulho e sem luz

O lugar é todo novinho, o quarto é de tamanho ótimo, com bastante espelhos, o chuveiro é uma delícia, a tv tb é bem nova e com Netflix e outros. Tem frigobar e o ar condicionado é muito bom. O café da manhã é uma delícia, e o atendimento é muito bom também, todos muito simpáticos. Porém as paredes dos quartos são muito finas e da pra ouvir tudo dos outros quartos, infelizmente precisamos descansar e sempre tem muito barulho, o que é bem incômodo para um hotel. Infelizmente também, quando estava hospedada, acabou a luz, eu estava no banho, e tive que esperar mais de 30 min até voltar ( sendo que a luz acabou só no andar dos quartos e não em todo hotel, ou seja era um problema com eles e não na luz da rua) como estava muito frio, foi bem ruim estar toda ensaboada e com shampoo e não poder fazer nada. Mesmo sendo um hotel bom, são pontos que precisam ser melhorados com urgência!
