Copan is one of São Paulo's most iconic and historic buildings, over 60 years old, located in the heart of the city. Due to its age, the electrical grid is limited. To avoid power outages, we recommend not using multiple electronic devices simultaneously. Using only one at a time will ensure everything functions normally. The building's restoration work has already been completed in the area where this apartment is located, guaranteeing an unobstructed view without the protective screen. Copan is a residential building with over 1,000 apartments, making it impossible to monitor all units. Therefore, occasional noise is to be expected. During weekdays, between 8 am and 5 pm, there may be noise due to internal activity or minor maintenance work. Thank you for your understanding and we wish you a very pleasant stay!
