Convenient and great service. The room was the right size for the price—clean and located in a great area. Just a heads-up: our room had only 220V outlets, so keep that in mind if you need a converter.

Overall i was happy with my stay. It is a budget hotel so the rooms are small but it was what i expected. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The location is in a urban type setting so jot heavy nightlife, however there are restuarants supermarket and small stores close by.

Estadia muito ruim, o quarto nao tinha cobertores em uma noite gelada...somente 01 edredon...o chuveiro fica num cubiculo q vc so consegue tomar banho e tem q se trocar do lado de fora...so tinha 01 toalha de banho, sem sabonetes, sem frigobar..desci pra pegar uma agua, custava 11,00 a garrafa pequena e 17 a de 1 litro...um absurdo para um hotel de categoria econômica...explorar com o basico que é agua???desci para fazer uma solicitação a atendente fingiu q eu nem existia..enquanto estava ao computador...nao volto mais...

Já ficamos no local mais de uma vez. Sempre foi tudo bem. Mas dessa vez a cama estava com um barulho horrível. Não podíamos mexer um pouco a noite que acordava com o barulho. Infelizmente dessa vez não foi agradável ficar no hotel. No demais, tudo certo. O atendimento é muito bom na portaria. Sempre nos atendem com muita educação e agilidade.

Meu filho tinha uma prova nos arredores do hotel e escolhemos o Ibis para que fosse tudo perfeito, mas ao chegar para fazer o check in, não havia quarto disponível, então nós jogaram em dois quartos separando a família. Não foi isso que eu comprei e não foi o atendimento que eu esperava. Chuveiro tbm não esquentou direito
