Grand Suite - Decorated Studio at Copan Building

The Grand Suite is a modern apartment in the Copan building (historic center of São Paulo, República subway), studio type with equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

The apartment is available whole, quiet, ideal for a business trip or to visit São Paulo.

The apartment has a bedroom with minibar, air conditioning, TV with Netflix, Youtube, internet with Wifi, built-in cabinets, minibar, space to store suitcases and clothes.
- Kitchen with electric oven, microwave, stove (cooktop type), refrigerator, cold water filter, coffee machine, kitchen utensils.
- Laundry equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron.
- We borrow a hairdryer.

Please note that for this accommodation, you will need to send a copy of an official document to all guests (ID, CNH, passport) so that access can be released. This is a building safety rule.

If one of the guests is under 18, he must be accompanied by his parents, legal guardian or present a written authorization from them.

The apartment is ideal for one or two people. It has wooden floors in the bedroom and tiled floors in other environments. It is not suitable for receiving pets. The apartment is 33m2.

In the Copan building (Oscar Niemeyer), São Paulo's postcard, the accommodation experience is even more practical: taxi, uber, subway and bus stops less than 200m away.

On the ground floor of the building: Restaurants, bakery, store gallery (clothes, souvenirs, chocolates, beauty salon, barber shop, pilates, etc.), mini market on the same street, Post Office, Banks and Notary Office next door.
