Lugar maravilhoso

O sítio Monte Verde, tem um recepção maravilhosa do primeiro contato até sua entrada com anfitrião te deixam bem à vontade. As casas são limpas e aconchegantes. Piscina infantil e adultos, parque, trilha, lago. Minha família adorou o lugar passamos os dias 11,12,13 de novembro 2022.

O lugar de incrível!

Ótimo local para está entre amigos e familiares. Preciso fazer uma observação. Por ser tratar de um local afastado da cidade, é necessário ter um ponto de internet ou sinal de telefone, pois tivemos uma pessoa que estava em plantão home Office e não tinha sinal telefônico. De resto...foi ótimo!

O espaço é maravilhoso, em meio a natureza, sítio todo equipado, limpo e super bem estruturado. O proprietário, Sr. Carlos, super atencioso desde o inicio da negociação, passando todas as informações e esclarecendo todas as dúvidas super rápido. O caseiro, Sr. Roberto, também disposto em nos ajudar inclusive com imprevistos que aconteceram. Sítio com o amigos

Sem dúvidas um lugar ótimo para passar o fds, ideal para curtir muito. O sítio bem cuidado, só alguns colchões como o do chalé fediam um pouco. Mas tudo que precisamos tinha no sítio, ate ficar sem internet foi bom, o dono do sítio, muito atencioso, tirou todas as dúvidas e o caseiro prestativo. Só na rota para o sítio as placas deveriam ser maiores e visíveis e ter alguma placa informando das aranhas no lago. Mas mesmo assim, foi muito boa a estadia e em uma oportunidade voltaremos.

Alugamos o sítio no final do ano de 2017. Fiz algumas queixas , porém Sr Carlos levou pelo lado produtivo . Recebi contato dele conversamos bastante e ele fará mudanças . O fogão ele comentou que comprou novo , as cadeiras foram jogadas fora , o cloro foi trocado . Sinceramente eu não esperava , mas o Sr Carlos deu muita atenção !!!! Não deixou passar em branco ... Com certeza voltarei , somos falhos mas o mais bonito e reconhecer e ajustar ! Parabéns Sr Carlos ... Que o mundo tenha mais pessoas assim !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Primeiramente as fotos que consta são antigas , o proprietário deu atenção somente no alguel , após isso não nos deu atenção . O espaço é muito legal , mas existem muitas coisas há melhorar . 1 - cadeiras da piscina , todas quebradas 2 - a piscina estava suja , não teve um dia que estava limpa . 3 - quando fechamos pedimos lenha e não tinha , o caseiro falou que estava chovendo , por isso não cortou , mas existe uma programação . 4 - mesa de pimboli os tacos quebrados . 5 - lâmpadas queimadas ao caminho da casa 2 e do chalé . 6 - Colchões com cheiro de Xixi . 7- Árvores sem cortar cheias de bixo e atrapalha a locomoção para casa dois e chalé . 8 - Utensílios domésticos , precário “ e a oferta da casa já era com tudo “ 9 - Fogão da casa principal e casa 2 não funcionava , ficamos um dia inteiro para assarmos o que precisávamos . 10- Banheiros atrás da casa todos sujos com papéis do pessoal anterior , inclusive achamos até uma camiseta . 11- o sítio não possui cerca , e tínhamos cerca de 5 cachorros entrando na casa cheio de carrapatos . 13- Salao de festa todo sujo . Obs : De verdade , foi decepcionante . Não superou nossas expectativas. A piscina estava muito mais muito suja, o caseiro nos informou que o cloro utilizado é de péssima qualidade. Tentamos contato com o proprietário e não tivemos retorno .

Melhor lugar para descansar e fazer uma festa bastante animada...desta vez fizemos o Halloween e ficou simplesmente fantástico... a casa é muito aconchegante e recepcionou 26 pessoas confortavelmente e com espaço para mais...
