Located in a secure gated community, the house is very well maintained and has a modern design that guarantees comfort and style during your stay. With 3 super comfortable suites, the master suite offers a queen-size bed for restful nights, while the other two suites each have 2 single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed, according to your needs. The house also has a practical powder room and an additional service bathroom. Loud music or any other type of noise that disturbs the neighbors is not allowed. No visitors without prior authorisation. Filming, photography, and professional work are prohibited. If the purpose of the stay is for filming, videos, photos, and recordings, the prices are different. Please contact our team, who will provide pricing and all the necessary information. Information. No guests or parties. Losing the key will result in a fine of R$ 150.00. If possible, wear slippers in the apartment, leaving your shoes outside. Carry your suitcases without dragging them to avoid scratching the floor. The bedroom blinds are automatic and operate with a remote control. When raising the blinds, leave a portion of them visible; they may jam if raised too high. TV control: turn on and off using the silver automatic remote; all other functions (volume, channel changing, etc.) should always be done using the black remote after turning it on. Do not store food in the bedrooms, as this attracts dirt and unwanted insects. If possible, use the mini-squeegee in the shower stall to keep the glass clean and transparent.
