I did not like this property.it was too far away from the city of sao paulo. The toliet did not work eventhough they fixed it. The pool its actually not par of the hotel but part of the water park and a public poor.

Cheguei à noite e Não gostei da entrada do hotel. Deserta, escura e sem sinalização que existe um hotel lá dentro. Fiquei perdida. Porém o hotel é lindo, o quarto é enorme. Tudo muito bem limpo. Senti falta de ducha higiênica no banheiro do quarto. Café da manhã simples mas com muita variedade. Gostei da estadia.

Quarto bom, espaçoso. O hotel no geral é bom , atendimento bom, tudo limpo, equipe prestativa. A localização não é boa, afastado de tudo e em um bairro ruim , é conveniente somente para ir no animalia park. Tem um ponto negativo que não tem estacionamento suficiente para o os hospedes. Os carros ficam parados em cima do jardim, pois as vagas delimitadas são muito poucas.

O quarto super espaçoso e aconchegante. Tudo limpinho, as toalhas são trocadas diariamente. O hotel disponibiliza toalhas para serem utilizadas no parque aquático também. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. As meninas da recepção são muito prestativas e gentis. Com certeza voltarei com a minha família!

Um hotel incrível!

Nossa experiência no Bleev Thermas da Mata foi maravilhosa. A começar pela recepção com a Yasmin, que foi muito solícita, agradável e atenciosa em nosso check in. Na recepção ainda, quando chegamos, havia lanchinhos e cafezinho coado para receber os hospedes. O espaço kids e sala de jogos são incríveis e as instalações muito limpas e bem cuidadas. O quarto era bem espaçoso, tudo limpinho, conservado. Banheiro com água quentinha. Café da manhã simples mas bem gostosinho. Funcionários simpaticos. Adoramos e pretendemos retornar.

Achei o hotel bem localizado pra quem tem intenção de ir no animália park, fica bem pertinho. O hotel conta com estacionamento mas não tem muitas vagas próximas a entrada. Achei as instalações boas, tudo novinho. O espaço kids e a sala de jogos possuía tudo conservado e funcionando muito bem. O quarto era muito confortável e as roupas de cama estavam muito cheirosas. No dia da minha estadia só tive dois inconvenientes: faltou água e a noite algum bar/restaurante estava com música muito alta próximo aos quartos. Mas as meninas da recepção foram muito atenciosas tentando ajudar cada hóspede que foi incomodado Recomendo!

Praticidade e Conforto sem precisar sair do Hotel

Quartos são amplos com frigobar - boa ventilação e luz e banheiro aconchegante e moderno - café da manhã bem variado e jantar tanto a la carte quanto sistema buffet com preço justo e de qualidade. O estacionamento precisa ser revisto e melhorado - a localização não é das melhores mas o Hotel oferece tudo que precisa sem precisar se preocupar em sair.

Hotel bom. As atendentes muito simpáticas. Alguns pontos de melhoria. Tive que pedir 4 vezes para concertarem a água quente do quarto. Quase 24 horas sem água quente. O café da manhã é bom, porém peguei pão duro. O Thermas precisa urgentemente de manutenção e uma boa vap. Daria nota 7.

Insatisfação com horários de estrada e saida

A hospedagem é excelente, mas a dinâmica de check-in e check-out não agradou! Entrada apos 14 horas e saida meio dia, sendo que a sua entrada no parque é no dia seguinte, sendo que sua saída é ate meio dia! Podendo aproveitar parque até as 17, mas tem que passar no hotel para devolver as pulseiras de acesso. O hotel não tem piscina. Somente uma brinquedoteca e restaurante... Nada a dizer quanto a acomodação o hotel é super novo. Inaugurou em dezembro. Somente acho que deveria ser 10 horas para entrar e sair! Mais viável Obrigada terezinha

Dinâmica de check-in e check-out ruim

O hotel é ótimo, novo, atende as expectativas. O único problema é horário de check-in e check-out que pra quem vai no parque fica muito ruim, entrada as 14 horas, com ingresso para o parque no dia seguinte, sendo que o check-out é meio dia! Pense, vc chega pra ir no clube vompra ingresso. Vai pro hotel dorme, dia seguinte sai ate meio dia, usufrui o parque vai no hotel entregar as pulseiras sem direito a banho... vai embora. Eu achei a dinâmica ruim de mais! Pensem em horário de entrada e saída tipo as 10 para usufruír o parque no mesmo dia! De mais tudo perfeito! Espero voltar, mas nesse esquema não precisa de hotel. Passar o dia no parque e ir embora!
