My flight got delay and the airline lost my luggage, I got to the hotel after being in the airport for 12hrs, Jose greeted me at the check in,I was the only person at the reception at midnight, I asked for a couple bottles of water he said I could call for room service once I was checked in, I was speechless. I didn’t have any clothes and the I asked for laundry service once I was in my room, but they were not open they told me to leave the clothe at the door and they would’ve get first thing in the morning, I woke up next day at 9:30am I had to call the laundry for my clothe was still

I requested I few spare towels the towels never came, I had to keep calling the service desk for over ten minutes without a answer, I used to love this place and I’ve been staying here once or twice a year for the past 5yrs when traveling to Brazil, but unfortunately the service have been worsening with every year, the taxis at the hotel are in terrible condition and the Antonio’s car almost didn’t start, I was also very dirty and smelled funny! Guarulhos traffic is getting worse by the minute so plan ahead.
