Quietly located family villa with pool and beautiful views near Faro (+ WIFI/AC)

"This is a fantastic property with an amazing large outdoor space and beautiful pool. The property could not be better equipped inside and is spacious and clean throughout. The villa is in a quiet and private location and is not overlooked. It’s about 10 minutes walking into Estoi where there is a supermarket and the Estoi palace a Roman ruins(currently closed while they are building a new visitor centre.) Also around 20 min drive to Faro, the beach and airport. It’s also near the motorway so you can be at the large shopping mall and water parks within 25min. There is also a 7km hiking trail from Estoi with fantastic views and is really well signposted. The organisation of the let and communication from the host was always excellent. We had an amazing time."

"We had a wonderful stay at Quinta do Mocho. The host Antonio was incredibly welcoming and very helpful, and our room was spotless, cosy, spacious and very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the breakfast - fresh, delicious, and cooked to perfection, yummy. The location was very peaceful, being in the rural environment you can unwind with ease, amazing views from the room balcony and around the site. We cannot recommend this lovely place highly enough!!"

"The villa was a great find in a peaceful spot. You definitely need a car to get to there, but it’s also an excellent base to explore the Algarve area. Throughly enjoyed sitting by the pool in the afternoon sun, and the roof terrace has a lovely view of the ocean in the distance. Treasa and Richard were so responsive and helpful on the ground, and communication prior to arrival with Dominic was very efficient. Recommended. Thank you!"

"Vi var två familjer och 20 personer som bodde i Villa Colibri i en vecka. Huset motsvarade alla våra förväntningar. Spelrum, bio och poolområdet var fantastiskt. Det fanns något för alla att göra. Värden var exceptionellt bra, tillgänglig och väldigt förtroendeingivande. Snabb att åtgärda om något fel uppstod. Vi var väldigt nöjda med allt kring vår vistelse och kan varmt rekommendera Henrique och Villa Colibri."

"Overall an excellent villa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However there were a few issues that made the first day a bit of a headache such as the front door key not working and having to track down the hidden fuse box in order to turn the AC on. Once we figured all that out everything went smoothly and it was a lovely place to be. The maintenance man lives on site but we never saw or heard him at all. We did have an issue with lots of ants getting into the upstairs bathroom. Some of the sun beds also felt felt quite brittle and could do with replacing. Besides these small issues everything else was great and would recommend. It is in a very peaceful location."

"My friend and I booked an apartment, it was a good size had everything we wanted the only negative was we didn’t realise it was a walk from the main hotel but the staff were very helpful with our bags meaning we only needed to walk to hotel once a day. Had dinner at the hotel one night food was excellent. Breakfast you could choose how you wanted your eggs and rest continental breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean and peaceful, beautiful landscaped gardens were lovely to sit out in and just relax. I would happily go back there came back home feeling very rested"

"We had a wonderful stay at Joaquim’s villa. It is in a peaceful location, but a short distance from Olhao and Fuseta. The villa is very clean, comfortable and incredibly well equipped. The pool is a great size with good quality sun loungers and parasols. The surrounding gardens are lovely. Joaquim is a very thoughtful and generous host. We have stayed in a number of villas in the Algarve and this is one of the very best."
