É um hotel antigo e tradicional, bem localizado na frente da lagoa dos Patos. Porém precisa ser modernizado, tantos os quartos (colchão, toalhas, banheiro antigo, etc) quanto às refeições (café da manhã fraco, faltam opções de alimentos, etc). Ponto alto: os funcionários são bem prestativos.

O Hotel é muito bom, apesar de ser antigo.
Pena que não haviam feito minha reserva. Levei um susto ao chegar e ser comunicada que não havia reserva no meu nome.
Felizmente a gerente assumiu o erro e providenciaram um quarto.

Estadia muito boa. Pessoal do hotel muito simpático e sempre a disposição.

A localização é ótima. Sobre o bar não tinha uma espumante gelada e foi servida com gelo na taça...ou melhor o garçom nem sabia qual a taça a ser usada. O colchão horrível e travesseiros também. Café é bom... quando chove não tem como entrar no hotel fica totalmente inundado ao redor.

Ótima localização, vista linda.
O hotel tem ótima localização, de frente para a lagoa e fomos muito bem atendidos. Alugamos um quarto simples e como não era dia de muita ocupação, fomos transferidos para um quarto melhor com vista para a lagoa como cortesia. Foi uma experiencia agradável, voltaria, com certeza.
