Hospedagem razoável. O hotel não tem estacionamento próprio nem manobrista, é preciso se deslocar cerca de 500 metros para deixar o carro no estacionamento conveniado, que é muito mal conservado e sujo. O hotel não possui sequer um guarda-chuva para os hóspedes se deslocarem até o estacionamento nos dias de chuva.

No geral, é um bom hotel. Mas, acredito que por ser bem antigo, senti falta de um conforto a mais. A cama/colchão sao excelentes, mas as instalações em geral precisam de uma modernização. O ar-condicionado, por exemplo, ainda é do modelo antigo, de parede, o que causa bastante barulho e ainda tivemos que trocar de quarto porque o primeiro nao funcionava. A pia do banheiro estava com vazamento, precisando de manutenção. Eu recomendaria este hotel, com estas pequenas ressalvas.

Atendimento prestativo, mas limpeza a desejar.

No check in, atrasou 25 min. Recebemos um Upgrade de quarto, porém o mesmo ainda estava sujo. No armário, as roupas ficaram com manchas brancas. O sofá estava com sujeira. O quarto era grande, confortável. Cofre estava sem o miolo. Em 2 dos 3 dias de estadia, com lotação máxima do hotel, 1 dos 2 elevadores ficou com defeito, inoperante(o que funcionava, deixava um degrau no andar, falta manutenção) Frigobar no quarto era bem grande, e gelava muito bem.

Boa opção para viagem a trabalho.

Esse hotel é uma boa opção para quem vai a trabalho e precisa ficar pelo centro, ou se deslocar até o porto, ou até São José do Norte. Além disso ele oferece bons serviços e sua equipe é muito prestativa. Possui um restaurante com os preços um pouco acima do padrão, mas com bons pratos. A noite não é seguro andar a pé pelas imediações do Hotel .
