"Owner Enrico has been really helpfull and friendly. The Villa is on 4 levels (one for the pool, 3 for the building floors) which gives you more privacy but also makes it harder to stay together if that's what your group wants. 1 restroom for each room is a luxury. However, they they would need some renovations, as wel as the kitchen.Great common areas such as outside patio, inner dining room and big sofa areas. Beautiful landscape. Overall very good if you are looking for a rustic retreat in the countryside"

"A beautiful farmhouse in a stunning location. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped with comfortable beds and ample space to sit both inside and out for dining and relaxing. The views are quite spectacular and waking every morning to open the shutters to this was breathtaking. The metato was superb and made a great space for my sister and her family to stay in, containing separate bathrooms and tea and coffee making facilities. 7 of us stayed very comfortably within the main house and 3 in the metato with room for another. The pool area was especially relaxing, with a good sized clean pool, a table chairs and sun loungers. Most importantly, there were sun umbrellas and plenty of shade in all the seating areas. Plenty of board games and books are provided and the sitting room is a perfect space for all sitting together. The local Spar provides most of the basics and is around an 8 minute drive away.We cannot recommend this property enough, Mike was brilliant at communicating and sent us all the information we needed for a very smooth stay. We were all very impressed and sad to leave this little piece of Tuscan heaven."

"We were awe stricken upon arrival. This home was even better in person. There was one morning when there were low clouds in the valley and we ate on the patio seemingly above the clouds. The views were spectacular. The drive to the home is typical, switchbacks, tight curves and elevation gain. The nights at the main house were cool and comfortable. The pool was always refreshing after our daily adventures. There is a bathroom by the pool for convenience too. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table too! Just a great stay, everything we hoped for.
