Beautiful and comfortable suite with private outside area and jacuzzi. Breakfast served at time of choice and great options. Staff helpful and polite, location wasn’t central but great local cafe and shop next door and easy to park rental vehicles. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Cave features made it feel unique and special. Highly recommend

The victoria caves is an incredible stay! This location is brand new. They bring you breakfast, they have a stunning decor and there are additional services. We had a fabulous masseuse come to our room. She is trained in physio and would be one of the best on the island. Best place I’ve ever stayed, highly recommend

Nice design, very bad service

Before the trip we were really excited by the promise of a new, top rated hotel with top service. While the rooms are new and nice there are a few major downsides. The biggest is the handling of requests. While the gent in the lateshift (ENEA) tried his best to explain and support within the given frame, the owner and dayshift person „Alex“ was outright unfriendly. Also the included breakfast was a joke, especially if u aspire luxury. U can preorder in the evening and get the stuff in cardboardboxes to the room. No extras like tea or coffee are possible, You have to live with what the nespresso machine makes, espresso. You are expected to live with the 2 capsules per day. Also no plates, no butter, no Marmelade, really eating from the cardboxes. Also Whirlpool only cold water. We could continue… but time wasted. Value for money not ok.

Our stay at your property was absolutely wonderful. The place looks even better in person, and all the utilities are meticulously maintained. The staff, including the welcoming and helpful young gentlements at the front office, the housekeepers, and the pool cleaners, have taken great care of everything. The amazing breakfast each morning was a delightful start to our day. The area is peaceful, with plenty of activities in Vothonas, along with excellent dining and drinking options. We also appreciated the seamless assistance with transportation to and from the airport and renting a scooter or car. Thank you for providing us with such a relaxing experience!

Incredibly impressed with our stay!! We’re a group of 6 adults visiting Santorini from Canada. The hospitality from Alex the hotel manager has been unmatched by anywhere else we’ve visited. All six of us stayed in the Cave Superior Suite which was just enough space! The suite is clean, beautiful, comfortable, and unique! Highly recommend and cannot wait to return!

Everythibg wS fantastic at this stay. Additional info at check in regarding housekeeping services. Wr experienced some confusion around frequency (daily, 2x per day) or at end of stay? We figured out it was daily each mid morning. If you rent a car there isnt dedicated spaxe for hotel occupants.
