The hotel is located at a quiet neat neighborhood. A short walk to the Fira town center; yet steep slopes, common in this island, could be challenges to some visitors. The staff are friendly and helpful. A shoutout particularly to Maria and Kostas. I booked the hotel through Expedia, which listed chech in starting time of the hotel and didnt mention the unusual check in end time at 8 pm. We had late night flight arriving around 10 pm. Maria helped book airport transfer and made arrangement so we could enter the building and our room. Kostas came to airport with a beautiful van to pick us up. He was very pleasant and we enjoyed the beautiful island the moment we got on his van.

Stayed there three nights, the hotel is clean and cosy staff are friendly. A good location close to shops, restaurants and walking distance to local bus station to Oia. It’s a good value of money. However, there are a few flights going up and down to the hotel. Happy staying there.

A nice hotel for discovering Santorini

We enjoyed our stay at Sweet Pop very much. The rooms are very modern and nice. A bit small in size but this is something we knew before arriving to the hotel. The person at the reception helped us in any way possible and made sure we could do everything we wanted during our stay in Santorini. I'd recommend the hotel for its central location which is helpful to get around the island both by bus or by car very fast. Stay here if you don't plan to spend time at the hotel but rather prefer to go around and enjoy what Santorini has to offer.

The rooms were clean, and had everything you could want. It was located a short walk from the main square in Fira, and there were signs from the main street which was great. Beautiful property, friendly service and sea view - what more could you want!

L’accueil de Maria est extra. Très serviable. L’hôtel est difficile d’accès avec les bagages et la piscine est enclavée. Les chambres sont petites mais WOW, c’est très moderne et design. Quand même bien situé à Fira, près de tout.

Super cute place!! Lovely balcony with ok ocean view...a bit in the distance though. Bathroom was TINY but water pressure in shower was great! Didn't know we had a pool until checkout. We were city center in Fira, but there was no night noise in our hotel b/c it is tucked away in an alley of mazes, which was a bit intimidating at first, but really easy to figure out right away. Rooms without a view would face the alley/pool area. Room was not as colorful as the pictures suggested...but maybe that was just our room.

STAY AWAY .... SCAMMERS

We looked into this hotel as an option given the fact that Expedia site and the hotel website clearly stated that Children are welcome, refer to screenshot below. So we went ahead and booked it on March 13 2018 to stay there from July 06-09 2018. We booked a total of 4 rooms. The hotel sent a message on July 04 stating that we are welcomed and everything is in place. Then the hotel manager, Maria, sent us a message on July 05, the day before our check-in date, indicating that they can’t accommodate our son, of course after they have already charged the credit card. They have also indicated that they tried to contact us few times on the same day and of course we didn’t receive any calls from them. With no advance notice, we were in Greece with no internet or working phone scrambling trying to figure out what to do. We spent the evening of July 05 talking to Expedia and the hotel for 3 hours+ but both were no help and Expedia indicated that the hotel will NOT issue a refund and that we can’t be relocated as the area is sold out. The hotel Owner, Pavi, and hotel manager, Maria, need some serious customer service training as they were very rude. I am sure there are many free videos on youtube on customer service improvements. It was a nightmare... we ended up going to the hotel which finally agreed to give us a room but with restrictions on my son. We had 4 rooms booked and my son couldn’t go to the other rooms where the other family members were. The receptionist (Maria) was ex
