Beautiful people and property !

Beautiful property ! I booked the pool view room, that had a hot tub outside the door ! It was a beautiful stay, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, also sea view from the pool area ! I recommend !

Staff was excellent views were amazing. Bathrooms need some work. Tub too high to get in and a bit difficult for me to go in and out. Rest of property was excellent. Location was great close to everything. Staff was very helpful and very accommodating. Overall good hotel

Do NoT BOOK here...The owner does not meet you, does not care you have teavelled very far to come to Greece. They will not be helpful for you. There are many good hotels that care about the customer, they will be there to greet you and help you. This place is terrible..read the reviews.

Lovely suite, beautiful pool. Check in reception was great, friendly helpful. Ruins were a good size and beds comfortable. Was not impressed with breakfast buffet. Offerings were ok, however many times everything empty. Had to ask for food to be put out and only 40 min into breakfast.. One morning the milk was curdling the coffee and they refused to replace staying milk was fine. Didn't have coffee or tea that morning

The property is beautiful from the outside. Our room not so great. Mattress so hard i could not sleep! We paid for sea view and got a room on the main floor overlooking the pool. Missing toilet seat and leaking fridge. Every day the owner would tell us the toilet seat would be installed tomorrow but tomorrow never came! The staff not so great, the lady in the kitchen terribly rude. A young man who works there named Teli was so kind and tried to make up for the hotels short comings. Beautiful pool and view from the pool area was great! Breakfast options terrible! Hotel owners clearly don’t care what you think! Take it or leave it attitude. Really a shame because this hotel has great potential.

Please save your money and go someplace else. The housekeeping staff were nice but didn’t clean the room properly, as the floor was not swept and the sink was dirty plus no clean glasses and stained towels. The reception staff was helpful and ordered me a car to take me to the airport to catch my flight. The driver was 20 minutes late for pick up. The reception said don’t worry about it you will make the flight. I responded I am paying for this service and it’s not okay for the driver to be late. The breakfast that was included was not very good at all, as the egg omelette was dry dry dry. I bought my breakfast every morning from a place down the road. There was a strong air freshener and in the room that I had to have removed because it was so strong it gave me a head ache. I later realized the air freshener was to cover up the smell in the room. There were no pool chairs only places to lay with cushions that were dirty and torn. I have always been pleased with Expedia’s accommodations but not this time Very disappointing

Overall very good experience. Well located, in walking distance to town (around 15 min). Staff very friendly and helpful. Just a complain about the shower that is very tight and has a plastic curtain that sticks to the body during the shower.

Big swimming pool for Santorini standars, which is important given there is no easy access to a beach. Small compound that feels spacious. Can walk into the centre in 5 minutes but also you can be dropped at the hotel by car. Some other hotels are in pedestrian area and you need to drag your luggage up the streets. Basic but free breakfast.

Nice hotel. Generous room size and nice pool area. The location was very handy for Fira and there is a lovely wine tasting venue next door. The hotel is dated however and would benefit from a full redecoration. The linen in the room could have been cleaner and the loungers by the pool were tired. The breakfast was terrible and needs serious attention. If you’re thinking of booking here, make sure you book one of the rooms with a private hot tub.

Is an OK hotel in Santorini

The hotel is beautiful and the location is very convenient. The room was dirty and smells like pee with sewer. The toilet had mold inside and every time that we showered the foam appeared in the toilet area through the drain. You have to pay them in cash for the tours.

Bad Service and no amenities.

The hotel has nice rooms and beautiful view. However service is very rude, not helpful, there are no elevators and neither help to bring luggage up of many steps.I had to give up my room and downgrade. There is no lobby 24 hours, breakfast is simple, and quick. Rooms don’t have coffee maker and hotel doesn’t offer coffee or water in the rooms.

Not a 4 stars hotel! Exterior is fine but interior of room is super dated. Old furniture & a very unsafe bathtub with a terrible shower head. Bathtub is small, narrow & slippery which makes it unsafe to move while showering. Buffet breakfast is average at best. Value is not there for price paid!

This property is one of the worst ever. Please do not book anything in in place. They are rude and quite aggressive. They fights with all the customers and hygiene is very poor in the properties. Worst! Worst! Worst! Mouldy bathrooms and broken beds that the perfect way to describe them.

The breakfast was disappointing, just bread and hard boiled eggs. The front desk staff was helpful, but wanted hot water for tea in afternoon. No one could help. No cushions were out near people so it wasn’t pleasant to sit on benches. I felt like they didn’t want to make our stay comfortable-they are closing end of month but not an excuse.

This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Although the pool is quite nice for an afternoon, the rooms were quite disgusting, and unclean. The shower is absolutely tiny - I am 5’6 and 110 lbs and I could hardly fit, there is no door so the entire bathroom is left soaked after each shower. Dirt and grime in all of the light fixtures. The continental breakfast was very disappointing, so we ended up having to get breakfast elsewhere. I would not recommend staying here, the website/pictures are deceiving.

Not so friendly, horrible facilities and service

The room I had booked wasn’t the room given to me when I arrived. The staff were not as friendly and the facilities had ants crawling around. The spa bath was dirty, the bathroom door was broken, it was hard to open and close. The breakfast option was not extensive. We had to wait until the afternoon to get fresh towels to shower with everyday which does not make sense. On one occasion we had to ask for fresh towels and was told we would get it later. The only good thing about this place is the location.

Where to start is possibly the hardest It’s quite difficult to write anything positive about this hotel We arrived after travelling for 24 hours to the receptionist standing out the front waiting for us That was the only positive thing about her She took us through and began explaining everything She proceeded to give us a history lesson even though she knew how tired I was, she didn’t care she loved it I think she enjoyed the control she had of the situation, the sheer arrogance was astounding I ask her about the restaurant, there isn’t one The buffet breakfast was fit for a person serving life behind bars Shrivelled up mini sausages, Greek yogurt left out in the heat as well as the milk, cheese and ham It was appalling They have a sign that says you can’t bring your own food in, that you must order through them and they deliver it With all the food I can’t eat I said no to that No sign to say how deep the pool was and it was deep Then there was the room No coffee or tea facilities, water that switched from stifling hot to freezing cold and no safe to put your money The bed looked good but it was a foam mattress as it was round The basin tap would squirt all over the place each time you turned it on The power went out a few times and we had to figure out how to turn it back on Someone needs to regulate these hotels because it was far from a 4 star, it was more like a 2 star We want our money back!!!
