Good basic hotel
Good location, clean basic room. Outdoor space was useful. Bathroom dated, small shower cubicle with curtain and no shower head holder.

Great view, helpful staff!
Super helpful and friendly staff. Really nice view from the balcony. Very relaxing environment. Helped me book my trip to the port which is essential. Only complaints: the shower head didn’t have a place to lock it in for a shower and was spewing water out the sides and covered the bathroom in water. Even with two towels the floor was wet. I also got a room with two single beds somehow and the bed was like sleeping on cardboard. A nice slice of foam would have greatly improved that situation. A tiny inconvenience was the limited front desk hours but they left a number if you needed it.

Our stay was great, the hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful. Poppy the front desk person was extremely great and had all the information we needed to book our daily excursions.

Ok for the price in Santorini
Ok hotel for a couple days. If you are visiting Santorini and planning to stay out and around all day and just crush the room to sleep, it will be alright. However the mattresses were thin and hard and the bathroom was very very small . The room, pool and common areas were very clean, but our bathroom had a sewer smell, probably because we were below ground floor. Staff was nice, they printed our boarding passes for free. Good location, but had to climb a steep road to go in and out.

Sea of Aegean
We stayed at Sea of Aegean as friends had stayed here 12 months ago. The location is just out of fira, probably 6 minutes walk. There is a steep lane to walk down to get to the hotel so be aware of that if you have any walking issues. We didnt find it a problem ( its downhill onthe walk home and its Santorini so youre not avoiding steps or walking ) The hotel is lovely, you are welcomed warmly and given lots of tips for your trip. Our room was always perfectly cleaned, was light and refurbished. Only downside was a handheld shower. We had a room on the top floor and were very happy. There is a pool at the hotel which gets sun most of the day. The hosts are lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great value at Sea of Aegean.

Buona posizione senza troppe pretese
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura ad Agosto; eccetto un problema con la stanza assegnata (singola anziché matrimoniale) siamo stati bene.
La posizione è buona e la struttura dispone anche di una piccola piscina.
Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Ferragosto a Santorini
Esperienza positiva, camera non troppo grande ma ben allestita e pulita, aria condizionata in camera, coomodo per la posizione strategica a pochi minuti dal centro di Fira a piedi. Personale cortese e accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (considerando i prezzi dell'isola a ferragosto)

Just somewhere to crash for 1 night
There were ants in our room and the A/C never did cool. I told the lady at the front desk about and she acted as though she got upset, telling me that because we ate chips is the reason we had ants so I let her know that we didnt eat the chips until it was time to check out and the ants were there last night. She then tells I am the first guest to complain, which didnt sit well with me. If she had any sense she wouldve just fixed the problem instead of looking for someone to blame. The shower head had no holder so you had to hold it while you take a shower and the room had a funny odor even though they claimed they had just cleaned it.

Simple hotel, with pool and very hospitable staff.
I was very content with the price and excellent service. My airline had lost my luggage, and the main staff went out of their way to help assist in getting it back to me. Also, I arrived before normal check in hours, and they were extremely accomodating, leaving a note so that I could get settled.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rude service.
First I arrived the port and I booked a transfer from the hotel in advance, I told the lady that that arrival time of the ferry had changed but she did not manage the transfer with all the information I gave her. She even yelled at me on the phone and told me to get a taxi myself, wow. When I left she refused to help me with my luggage while the other staff did help me when I check in. And she did not pick my phone up or reply my email when I notified I left something in the room after leaving. This woman is the rudest person I have ever met in Greece.
The room was not good too, stunk a little. The only thing fine with this hotel was the staff Joan, he was very helpful.
